I was in the market for an entertainment center, but it had to be a specific style of entertainment center because it was a gift for my mother. Once I found the model I wanted I did lots of research to find the best price. This is how I came across Express Furniture. The product I choose was very heavy so it had to be shipped by a freight line and not through UPS. I called and spoke to Mike. Not only did Express Furniture have the best price I could find anywhere, even straight from the manufacturer, and knowing that I was going to have to pay a hefty shipping charge to be shipped to Nashville, Mike took an additional 15% off of my product to help absorb some of that cost. So after the discount and shipping charge it was still cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I would definitely recommend Express Furniture and I will absolutely use them for my future furniture needs.

We shopped around akron, canton, and cleveland for a office executive desk. Mike the owner of this company took the time to figure out my needs and wants. Spent about 30 minutes going over ideas. He showed me around the place and even sketch a blue print of what it will look like since we wanted more of a custom built. I had a fantastic deal on our desk and I could not be more happier. The price was great, quality of the product was great, and the delivery/install was very smooth. The installers were friendly and very respectful. After the delivery/install I received a call from Mike making sure everything went well. I highly recommend Express Furniture to anyone! Also the facility/showroom is very neat and clean if that is important to know.

We have purchased furniture here a few times. Besides a bookcase and a credenza we purchased two television stands. One a Sauder stand and one a custom made Amish hardwood piece. One fits the basement rec room, the other looks grand in our great room. The staff is superbly informative, knowledgeable and eager to be of assistance. They will stand by your side or leave you free to roam but will always be ready willing to answer questions. They will special order and delivery is available with additional charge. I confidently recommend Express Furniture.

We purchased office and family room furniture and mattresses at Express Furniture and love the quality of the product and the fantastic service we received. The prices were very reasonable and there was a good selection. We received personal service and advice when trying to select the right office chair and mattress. The sales associate was very knowledge, personable, and patient as we made our selection. Delivery was fast and courteous and they made sure that we were satisfied before they left. We will definitely shop at Express Furniture again.

Great showroom, great service, great selection! I placed an order for pick-up, and was shocked that they actually had the unit in stock. I was able to pick it up same day. Service was great...they loaded up in my car and off I went. The showroom is beautiful. I never realized that value priced furniture could look so nice. I love keeping my money with locally-owned businesses, and usually have to pay a premium for that. In this case, they were they best price! Im definitely shopping here again.

I will never use the Big Box Office Store again! This was the best experience I have had in dealing with furniture ordering and delivering for a small company. I love the customer service and the way Michael took care of everything! A shout-out to his delivery team as they were very careful not to nick or damage anything-not the furniture or the walls. This is a terrific little company and they can handle orders fall sizes. I am now a huge fan!

I found a desk at Office Depot but found later the same desk at Express Furniture was far cheaper. I called and Mike scheduled the order and a truck delivery immediately. I had the desk in 3 days and with shipping was far less than just picking up at OD. Was very pleased with the customer support and would certainly use them again.

Mike was very helpful with our purchase, and even staying after closing! The store has a huge selection on display. You can also order from the Sauder catalog. If you dont see what you need, just ask....many displays beyond the main showroom. So glad we found this store!
