What an excellent experience working with Millhurst on our bathroom project. PEOPLE: Karen Barnes and Karen G. at Millhurst Mills. Karen B. worked with us from picking out cabinets for our new bathroom to ordering and delivery. She was incredibly helpful and knew what customizations could and could not be done, gave good ideas for the design, and knew exactly what to order after all the back and forth changes. SERVICE: I can say if you are not a contractor or know exactly what you want the place can be intimidating a bit. The negative reviews on Google I can only assume are from people who either didnt know what they wanted or had no experience other than HD or Lowes. COST: The prices simply could not be beat by anyone, especially from Lowes or HD. From doing contracting years ago I was able to price out our entire master bathroom remodel as a contractor and I can honestly say, aside form the labor costs, we saved about $1000 dollars going here rather than having a kitchens & bath shop do the job....and thats just the savings on the cabinets! At the end of the day, the wife is happy and the bathroom looks beautiful so it was a positive experience all around.

The best prices available anywhere, these guys deal with a lot of closeouts. I just renovated my house and saved around 45-50% on all building materials. They have flooring, tiles, vanities, molding, doors, tubs, toilets, and anything you can think of in mind when it comes to home improvement. Check them out, they can probably save you thousands on remodeling and have in house kitchen designers that are very knowledgeable and usually promise to beat any price. Excellent small business model.

The worst hardware store in the county!!! The people there have no idea what they are doing. They can not communicate. Every employee has a different answer for everything, no organization and over all the worst customer service I have ever experience. I will never use them for anything ever again. I will travel 50 miles before going back to them and I will let everbody I know how horrible ACE Hardware is. GREAT JOB ACE! Keep up the great work!

If it wasnt so close to my house, Id never walk in there again. I only use them for petty items. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody knows anything there and they talk about each other right in front of you. Theyre always closed it seems, they dont know their products, and I dont know honestly how they stay open.
