Hello I have always purchased appliances at Sears in Potsdam and have obtained the service agreements. I am sad to say that Sears appliances are not what they used to be. The store manager Millie and Nathan have been very courteous to me over the years and I am thankful for that. Recently I have had 3 different servicemen work on my ultra dishwasher. My warranty expires on 12/11/15. The cyle that washes pots and pans is not up to potential. I have called and called.. Today I called to verify if the man was coming since I will not be here. The owner of the store Phil I believe was very rude to me.. I am a paying customer. I have spent over 5,000.$ dollars there.. So with this Im hoping that my dishwasher is fixed.. I am hoping that the people who are buying stuff from Sears will be appreciated. There are many competitors out there. I will consider another store from now on i am sorry to say. I dont know what this lady is saying, have been doing business with sears in Potsdam for 19 years. the store owner has always went out of his way to help us out. maybe if this lady treated them with respect, she would get the same. get staff, service!!

Polite people and they want to help out. Couldnt ask for better service. Really know how to handle their business
