I have been to numerous different furniture in the last two years searching for that one piece I just couldnt live without. I walked into Ashleys today (unknowningly crept into a staff door ....not knowing they hadnt opened for the morning yet.. :/) And I was welcomed by the entire staff (attempting to have their meeting that I so rudely interrupted ) They eagerly invited me to look around while they started their meeting. I explained I was just killing time and wasnt interested in purchasing anything today... Not too long after I started looking the floor manager touched base with me... not to sell anything! But genuinely just to make sure I was ok :) I walked around the store chatting her ear off and plopping down on each piece of furniture we passed. During my two hour venture of "not buying furniture" Not once did I feel like she or the sales associate...grew impatient or like I was waisting their time! I have an Ashlies in my area but after my interactions with the staff I couldnt imagine searching anywhere else! The entire staff was truly genuine and could care less if I were buying today tomorrow or never! Their customer service is beyond any expectations or any other company Ive purchased from before. Ive already picked out my next purchase! And as long as that same crew is there, I wont purchase from anywhere else!

All my furniture came from Ashley so the day after Thanksgiving I bought a mattress a sales man(guess I shouldnt say his name). Needless to say when it was delivered it was not the right one(it was like sleeping on the floor). Called and talked with Jennifer and she worked with me and took care of the problem without me having to drive 50 miles back to the store. New mattress will be delivered December 10th, 2016. She stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on and was so helpful. Jennifer is a wonderful asset to your store. Would like for her to recognized for all she did for me. Needless to say I will buy from her from now on. THANKS Jennifer :)

Terrible!!! Waited 3 weeks for an ottoman to be delivered to the store. (Which they arranged) After hearing nothing, I called to find out what was going on, only to be told "they kicked it back"! What?...Sorry corporate wont let anything sit in our backroom. Why would it sit in the backroom? All you had to do was call me and I would have picked it up or better yet, you could have delivered it. I would have paid! But not even a phone call to notify me!!! Last business Ill ever do with Ashley Furniture.

Watch out!!!!! If you want your stuff delivered! They charge at least $300 for delivery.. Have to wait almost a month before it gets delivered and the day before they will give you a 3 hour window of 10:45 to 1:45 when it will be delivered.. They will only deliver in the mornings and you cant change the time that they will come.. So if you have a job you have to lose a day of pay on top of the delivery fee.. And that was with me living only 1 mile away!!!! Avoid!!!

My husband and I just put new flooring in our home and we knew that we were also going to get new furniture. We had visited the store late last year to get some kind of idea of what we wanted. Sherri met us at the front door and was very helpful. Today we went back in and Sherri was there again and we purchased a power reclining loveseat, a tv stand and a beautiful rug. Thank you Sherri for all your help and Im sure we will see you again in the future.

If I could give more stars I defiantly would. I am so impressed by the hard work an dedication from Jamie, Cory and angel. They helped me with my purchase tonight which may have took more time then expected but they were very determined and patient throughout the process. She answered all my questions, and best of all, she made sure my platform bed was delivered in two days! Great selection! Hands down this was the Cleanest furniture store in Brunswick! I didnt feel pressured here and was able to get everything I needed for a bedroom suite and living room! Kat was my salesperson and actually listened to what I needed to make my home feel complete! I had a lot of decisions to make and she made it easy! I really had an awesome experience here at Ashley in Brunswick. Our Rep was Cory Bartolo yes I had to shout him out. I had my daughter who is very active and my niece with me. He took care of us really good even helped my niece get her what from unstuck to her hair. The service was amazing he did everything in his power to help me out. Everytime Ive gone to the Brunswick, GA store Ive always been treated with respect. They also acknowledge me after the first time I went in with familiarity. The young lady named Jasmine who helped me, when I bought my new bed and mattress, was very knowledgeable about everything. She also helped me when I had a problem with the cover for my new mattress. Which the cover did exactly what it was supposed to do!

Automatically added extras. Outrageous deliver charge so we decided to pickup but that was an hour away so we still will to avoid delivery charges. Said everything was 20% off but then only if you get the furniture protection and delivery. We were going to walk out but they said they would override that. Took a long time to get to payment and waivers to sign because we declined things.

Levi was very patience and helpful with us. I highly recommend that anyone shopping should ask for him. The only thing was that when I went to pay he moved on to another client and didnt even say good bye or thank me for my business. Kind of disappointed in that aspect. Hoping for the best for delivery and set up!

Though there is still some question about whether or not I will be getting the coffee table and end tables I want I am pleased so far with the way I was treated. If everything goes as smoothly at the final product I would more than likely recommend this store to others. My sale lady Sheri was very helpful.
