Cuando llegas el primer dia te prometen y te dicen cuanta palabra pueden para que compres al final se olvidan de todo y dicen que ellos no dijeron eso , Compre un auto faltaban los respaldares del auto , Los ordenarian y nunca llegaron , Compre el carro hace 10 meses y debía 8mil, fui a pagar los 8mil y me dijeron que ya el carro no tenia garantia y al principio dijeron que si tenia un año , Ahora no recuerdan haber dicho eso , que descontarian los 2 ultimos pagos al pagar el carro antes del tiempo establecido pague 8mil que hacian falta no descontaron nada de los pagos, les envie 3 clientes que les puedo dar nombre y modelo de auto que compraron con ellos , ahors todos se portan como porquería!!! Jamaz compraré un auto en ese lugar y aun menos les enviare clientes , Una porqueria fueron al final nadie recordaba lo que prometen eso entre otras cpsas mas !!!

Be Careful and dont be fooled!! Im a little younger than probably the average individuals that are in the market to buy a car. Hola Auto Sales Inc. appeared to be a great dealership to pursue my purchase but its really a scam and a lot of under handed things that go on. I was working with David the internet sales manager who was helpful but of course he turned out to be all about getting his commission by any means necessary including lying. I decided I wanted to finance a 2000 black Honda accord coupe and encountered some conflict with the amount of my monthly payments. To resolve that issue I increased the amount of my down payment so that my payments would be in my desired range. They asked for my deposit and then for me to review the numbers and sign the contract. In doing so I noticed that the price David told me the car was had increased by $500 in which they couldnt make sense of. I decided I didnt want to do business with them because nothing they were telling me had been communicated. I hadnt signed the contract and they tried to steal my deposit, telling me I had to wait 3 days to get my money back. That is not the proper way of doing business. Needless to say I walked away with my money that day with the help of law enforcement. Im grateful I didnt do business with them because it turned out the car was only valued at $2900 and I would have paid about $8300. Also the place is as is with no warranty but David will tell you for the first 90 days if you have any problems they will fix it at no cost to you. That is a LIE. So please consult Kelly Blue book and avoid this place. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Mi esposo empezo por comprar una mini van grasias a dios terminamos de pagarla todo ese tiempo nos ofresieron exelentes servicio al cliente los intereses son muy bajos y no te suven como en otros Dilers ahora ase como 3 o 4 mesea compramos otra camioneta Disel para el trabajo y asta ahora todo a sido exelente le agadesemos infinitamente a Hola Auto Sales por darnos la oportunidad de tener nuestro propio carro a muy buen precio gracias Hola Auto Sales.

I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! They are unreliable and you will end up spending more money than its worth. Also, I went to make a payment and me and Ulysses had a verbal disagreement. He proceeded to make me get my two infant children out of the car and repossessed it right there on the spot. I went back to get it and he handed me all of my stuff in a black bag without even asking me how much I wanted to pay. He even went so far as to hand me my key chain without my key on it. The nerve of this gutless individual. Keep in mind, my ten days had not passed to recover my vehicle. I am pursuing legal remedies (to be continued). Also, they add hidden fees in your contract and I had to make repairs a month after I purchased it and am still having problems. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE. True Story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

querían 12.000 dólares por una Ford F150 con 180.000 millas más la factura más los impuestos jajaja locos del culo les pregunté por qué tanto y me respondieron lo bueno cuesta jajaja para ellos una camioneta con 180.000 millas es bueno jajaja que mal servicio groceros y muy careros

Do not buy from here. I was on time with ever payment and had the car over halfway payed off. I sent my payment in over night like I always do with a money order. They returned it to sender and the day that I got it back they came to my work and reposes it. Never been late before and I double check the address and everything was right. Then to make it worse they wanted a total of 6 car payments to get the care back making it impossible.

I Love Hola! I have paid off 2 trucks and im working on paying off the third. I couldnt have asked for a better place or people to work with. Fadi and Blanca have been nothing short of wonderful in helping with whatever I need. I have already been talking with them about finding my fourth truck to purchase with them.
