I went in there today completely oblivious to what the standard of a good work boot is. I was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Chris. I told Chris what I was looking for, comfort being my main concern, and let him know that I had no intention of spending any money today but that didnt bother him. He had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He took a diagram of my pressure points on my foot showed me the various styles of boots that met my criteria and explained the differences and which one would suit me best because I spend long hours on my feet. He grabbed me a pair of the boots I wanted to see and gave me the insoles that had me feeling like I was completely refreshed. He called a sister store to get my boots ordered because they werent in stock which is fine because I cant afford them until payday anyway. I walked out after he gathered some information and drove off, yet I couldnt just leave going another day without the heaven that was those insoles even if Im not getting the boots today. Even though I am broke I choose to go back and make a $70 purchase sully based on the comfort of the insoles and Chriss customer service. I worked in retail for several years and know a great salesmen like a good boot can go a long way. I will never buy another boot from anywhere other then Red Wings, the price is a little higher but the outstanding customer service, amazing quality of boot, and care after the purchases will keep me as a life long customer.

I went to Red Wing shoes to replace a well worn pair of boots I have had for eight years. They did not have the full online inventory, but they had an excellent selection between casual and work boots. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Dave V. Not only did he make my boot buying experience AWESOME, he properly sized me, and put me in the right pair of boots.

Very nice staff got Boot laces for my Redwings for life and was helped with everything needed for my boots expensive but well worth it as I was tired of buying cheaper boots which would only last two to three months.
