I go to Shoe Biz on a regular basis. They have quality merchandise. Beautiful clothes, jewelry, shoes and bags - good sales too. The ladies who work there greet me with a smile and are very helpful. Shoe Biz supports every event in the community with sponsorships and donations of time and items from the store. I really cant say enough good about the store, the owners and clerks. In 07, a fire started in the store next door and unfortunately burned the other half of the building where Shoe Biz is located. The entire community rallied around Shoe Biz and helped them get started on the road to recovery. The store next door went out of business but Shoe Biz reopened. Thank goodness for good insurance. They just kept moving forward and didnt look back. The community is much richer for having Shoe Biz.

I wouldnt support this business if they were the last one in Bandera county. Their items are overpriced and their customer service sucks. And, Im amazed that no one questioned how they miraculously recovered from going out of business when the building miraculously caught on fire.
