DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE......they are completely DE-VOID of customer service. The Assistant Manager Nina and the District Manager Elsa have NO CLUE what it means to run a store nor provide customer service, they had my online order in their store for TWO WEEKS and NEVER called one time to tell me they were in. When I called to inquire about them Nina is like "Aaaaaa.....oh ya we have them" I know you do because I tracked the shipment that you received two weeks ealier. "we called you", "when" I ask......and of course she can not give me a time or date, because THAT NEVER happeded!! Then she is going to give me a discount if I come in on "her" schedule and when it is convenient for her not me the customer. You just lost a GOOD customer that spends WAY too much on shoes, and you dont really seem to care! What happened to customer service??? What happened to people doing their job and taking pride in it?? When did all of this go out the window?? By the way you do not deserve a "rate" from me too bad there are NO negative stars!!!

Very rude workers! No help at all! Customer service is a joke! Avoid this store, unless your just wanting to give your money away! Employees like this is exactly why payless shoes had to file bankruptcy! Good bye and good riddance!

Idk why people care about the customer service. You dont need help... just grab a pair of shoes and try them on. It isnt hard. Good quality shoes for a good price.
