I went to pay for my shoes and one of the shoes that had a clearance price on them did not scan correctly. But when a manager named Frank was called over to check price he came back and said no he could offer me the price of the sticker that was on the box and was very rude about it and gave me my money back. But I had other shoes to buy as well and I asked for corporate office number and he just laughed and then moved my items out of the way because I was calling the number they had on counter but I was ready to purchase the other shoes I had as well. He then walked off and just left me standing there. I then told the cashier where is he checking me out at and she said she didnt know and called him back there to my register. He then said I didnt help you because you were on your phone calling to complain on me so I dont need to help you. My worst experience ever at this store. I think someone needs to talk to Frank and explain the proper way to treat customers. I will never go back to this store nor will I recommend anyone pretty sad its new to Lubbock and what an awful experience

I was in the Lubbock Shoe Department Encore today and I am always very happy with there customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted when I arrived and had the pleasure to be helped by the manager on duty, Frank was super fun and very eager to help me find the right shoe for me! I loved every minute of my experience at the Lubbock, Shoe Encore. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend shopping there as well as requesting Frank to help with all your shoe needs. Sincerely a happy and now loyal customer! :)

There are many choices for shoes for women and they have wonderful Prices. They are lacking in providing shoes for men and variety in shoe brands
