Hello I would like to let you know of an awesome employee that assisted me this past Friday as I rushed to a second job for the day. As a previous manager of retail store, I felt that I needed to let everyone know about my experience!! Her name is Samantha. I am used to wearing pumps at my day job, and since I was going into an evening retail job nearby I needed to purchase something with a lower heel...fast. She greeted me when I walked in. I told her my situation, she just kept bringing me different shoes until I found what suited me. I tried to put away some of the shoes and she was so sweet to say go ahead so I would not be late... Wow 10 mins after youre supposed to open and boss isnt here to let in his workers. This happen often? Plenty of other store close by that know how to open on time. One of the workers has been sitting outside 15 min before the store was supposed to open. Hes a young kid but shows better work ethic than the boss. Maybe he should be the new manager?
