Good store, prices a bit higher that id like in williston. Some employees kind others need customers services training. Training on recommending boots for all employees would be appreciatd. I remember long ago id never worn a winter boot in my life... i went in and asked where the boots are and if someone could help me. Response I received stunned me... the employee pointed to a direction and said "they are all over there" After some prodding i urged the employee to help with recommendations as again it was my first time in the oil field at the time. Price wasnt an issue at all as my company was paying for the boots. Sadly the advice i received was very poor. I ended getting a boot that hurt my feet so bad due to the size the attendant recommended. When i told my boss what Id got he advised I go back to get a different size. I got hell when i tried to exchange them for the correct size. Service has improved over the years but when i go in the store i still hear employees point and add "its over there" and see bewildered look on the customers face as they reluctantly accep the answer. Id hope that next time a customer walks in and asks for an item instead of telling, its better to be a leader and go together to show the customer.

Was visiting relatives in williston when I noticed your store. I purchased jeans and boots that arent available in calif. Friendly and helpful staff was made for a great experience! Dont see that in calif either. Will be returning when I visit again. Thanks

Good store with lots of merchandise. Prices are reasonable. If you need some customer assistance youre going to have to go find it cuz its not coming looking for you
