I was very disappointed in this store. I found a pair of shoes for my grandson and they did not have his size in stock so they ordered them for me. I received the shoes but inside the box I found that one was a size 10 and the other was an 8 1/2. I notified the main store and was sent a return shipping label, to return the shoes for a refund. I then notified the Greeley store and they said they would be able to make it right and get me the shoes. Upon driving all the way over there, I was informed that the shoes were no longer in stock and would only give me my money back. These shoes were on sale and would not honor the price I paid for a different shoe. When I got my refund I was charged the shipping and told it was nonrefundable! I could see charging for the shipping if it was my choice to return the shoes. I will never do business with this company again and caution anyone that is considering buying from them.

These guys are awesome! Reading these other negative comments makes me sick. Even if they dont have it in stock, they always offer me to have it ordered. All their staff are friendly and helpful to whoever walks through their lease line. Yes, they dont open 9 because they actually open at 10 a.m. like almost all stores do in that mall. I go here for my family and myself all the time and never have they given me terrible service.
