Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought 2 pairs of boots and wanted a 3rd. The store didnt have my size and they wouldnt order it online for me. She said that if they didnt carry the size in the store, they wouldnt be able to order it online and that I would have to order it myself. This is the first Ive ever heard of a store not being able to order a pair of boots in a size they dont have available in store. Theres signs all over the store that say they can do it. I also had a coupon that she refused to honor because it was online. I showed her the in-store code, and she still didnt do it. It was my first time buying boots there, I was very happy with the quality of the boots, but probably wont shop there again.

Shoe inventory changes so if you are not is a huge hurry you can probably see what they will have later on. Prices and deals are great if they have what you want. The cover a decent array of styles, brands and price points. Not a lot of help from staff except to check out.
