D & E Furniture is very unprofessional. Continually giving us false information on expected delivery dates. They have no way of tracking where their shipments are or when they will be delivered to their store. Today I called in to find out where our furniture is at and they said the truck was late. This is the 3rd time the truck was late and didnt have our furniture. Over a month to receive furniture is ridiculous. I told them that I could have gone to Knie Furniture and had the furniture delivered to our house well before this. The "Manger" laughed at me. I asked why she was laughing and she didnt have an answer. Obviously they could care less about their customers if they are OK directly disrespecting them like this. My suggestion is to not disrespect the people keeping you in business. What D&E needs to realize is that any kind of major delivery like this is a difficult thing for families to coordinate. We need to move our furniture out of the house to make room for the new. We also plan to give our old furniture to someone else. My wife and I both have jobs and a newborn to work around. I will not suggest D&E furniture to my friends or family, especially after the disrespect I received from the Manager.

Beautiful store with an almost overwhelming variety of options. Award-winning customer service, and the most efficient delivery crew in the tri-state area. Curly-haired salesman is pretty cute as well.
