I bought my love seat just one week ago (Dec 12, 2015)and it is already breaking down on the back cushion. It looks as if there isnt enough stuffing in it. I love the style but I am calling today to see if they will come and fix it or replace it. If not they will not get another good review from me. It is Feb 9, 2016 and they still have not come to fix this loveseat. I will never ever do business with this company again! They said they ordered more stuffing and when it came to the house I was to call them and they would come and put it in. But when I called a couple of weeks ago they still didnt know when I would be receiving it. I am so dissatified with their services. I would not recommend anyone buying from them! I will be calling them tomorrow again to see what excuse they have this time. Im ready to send it back for a refund!!!!!

Tim was a great salesmen and got us exactly what we needed, wanted, and at a killer price! However, after coming back to pick up our purchases we had to wait over 35+ mintues (we were told the furniture would be ready for us to pick up immediately from the store front the day we came back to get it) for the warehouse to bring our furniture over. The other salesmen seemed to not care what-so- ever about our wait, played around on his phone, smoked a cigarette and lounged on the furniture. Would definitely only come back when Tim was the salesmen working the floor.

My family and I just moved to Slidell and we need all new furniture, so we Google and American Funrniture of Slidell showed up so we went there just to look and see what they had, the salesman Mr.Cam was very polite, sweet, generous, and he was very nice... he helped us look around for a bedroom set for our daughter and we found the perfect one.... omg not to mention the Deliver Manager did us a HUGE favor, I would recommend this company to EVERYONE great Quality/ Great items WE LOVE IT❤

We bought a leather sectional from them about two months ago. When delivering they shoved it through the doorway Bc it wouldnt fit needless to say I noticed a piece of the leather lifted up on the back. Ive called several times to see what can happen about this and basically there making us eat the 3,200 Bc they cant replace it! Really frustrating Bc we work very hard for what we have and now this cant be fixed or repaired. Very unsatisfactory

Tim was absolutely wonderful from the minute we walked in. The entire process was very smooth and we are very satisfied with our furniture. When everything was delivered, the loveseat seemed to have a little bit of an angle to it. When Tim called the next day to follow up on the delivery, he immediately offered to have it switched out even though it was barely noticeable. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely return again!

I wouldnt rate these ppl at a one star. I bought a leather couch from them made by Ashley. Went to the store with one of the cushions and the salesman Duane didnt even want to see it. Will not buy anything from there again 1200.00 wasted Very dissatisfied would not recommend buying from there. Once they get your money they could care less.

Great and friendly service. I got the perfect living room set for the look I was wanting to achieve. They have a pretty good selection in the store but they also have online catalogs onsite too in case nothing on the floor jumps out at you. Tim was really helpful and the delivery guys did a great job as well.
