My husband and I were on vacation and stopped in the store. Carrie was wonderful and showed us different dining room sets, different woods and finishes that we could order. We went on the website which was very easy to view, ordered our dining room set and it was delivered in SC and was beautiful. Carrie told us when it would arrive and the delivery men set it up in the house in no time and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new furniture and the service from Eichenholz Custom Amish Furniture in Minocqua WI.

My beautiful, comfortable chair had a cracked slat after my very large son-in-law sat in it. It was a natural crack that happened around a whorl or wood...probably a weakness. When I contacted the owner, Carrie, and offered to pay for a new slat if she could order one for me, she said she would send me one free of charge and she paid the shipping!! Wow, customer service at its best. Great experience and I LOVE THE CHAIR!
