Worst experience ever, the girls at the desk answering the phone were rude before we even got there when I called and asked about the store hours and if sale was still on going. She then acted like I was the burden bc she had computer issues and when she finished ringing me up just handed me the receipt. I had go ask her where to go or what to do next to pick up my items and all she said was just to pick up at the back of the store. There were 7 people ahead of me and I had to ask another customer where to hand in my receipt to get put in line. I feel sorry for the loaders and security man bc there is absolutely no organization or order to follow and it makes a bad experience for everyone. I waited over an hour to get my recliner if I could have returned it just to be able to leave I would have gladly done so. I will never shop here again. They do not appreciate business and need an attitude check at the desk up front.

Terrible service. I would give negative stars if I could. They broke the majority of my furniture delivering it. Left my matters and box spring against the wall unopened knowing that one girl living alone is not going to be able to open, move and put the bed together. The furniture they broke (3 out of the 5 pieces I ordered from them) they can not replace. DO NOT SHOP HERE. everything is cheaply made, falls apart and I guarantee something will be damaged. This isnt the first time we had problems with this store. Decided to give it one last shot and they completely lost my trust. Ive never had such bad service in my life. They also blamed me for the broken furniture. They told me I should have tried moving it around in the store to make sure the legs werent broken. REALLY!?! This has been ridiculous and I didnt expect much but I honestly didnt think a store would be so inconsiderate. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

I will never buy anything from Rooms To Go ever again. I work out of town and took time off work to be home for the delivery of my furniture. I have been waiting for a week which isnt bad. I live at the end of a very well maintained dirt road. It had rained earlier and the road was damp but by no means is bad condition. The delivery guys stopped at the end of the road and refused to bring my furniture to my house and insisted I bring a truck to the end of the road and get it myself. So then my furniture could be rained on and have dirt slung onto it. Ridiculous. Never again. If thats the delivery service they provide you might as well just strap the furniture to the top of your car and hope for the best.

This place has the worst customer service. Every reviewer has had a similar expirerence to my own. Its sad as when I look at the place, I see potential but the leadership is lacking. Im considering buying something from there still but how sad is it to know if the sales staff/mgr would have cared they could have sold it to me already!! Ive been involved in sales, sales management and sales training for over 15 years. I could use this store and my expirerence tonight as a perfect example when talking with my clients on "How to lose a guaranteed sale"...

I have never had a good experience here. Always have to wait. No instruction when waiting to load. Everyone always gets loaded before me even if I was here 20-30 minutes before them. Not sure how they handle orders or if they have a system. Plan on waiting at least an hour or more, even if there is no one in front of you when you pull up. Pretty sad customer service. I had a one piece order. That we have waited on for over a month to begin with. Bring something to entertain you or kill time. Dont bring your kids, they will hate you.

Finally had a decent sales guy but their customer pickup is a joke. I saw 5 guys sitting around while 2 worked to fill the only 2 orders there for pickup. It takes longer to get loaded than it does for the whole selection process. The security woman was as rude and slow as they come. You almost want to pay the delivery fee just so you dont have to deal with customer pickup. Ive spent alot of money here over the years but I think this will be the last time.

Today makes twice in 4 weeks Ive come to this location with the intention of buying a whole condo/apartment worth of furniture and left because the associate I was working with was juggling half the showroom worth of customers. Staffing levels obviously arent his fault but they are somebodys. If you want advice on how to get your stuff together or just want to make a furniture sale let me know a venue of communication where Ill have somebodys attention.

They dont tell you that you get Free damaged walls when buying furniture.. Spent between me and my wife about ---- ((Hidden behind mirror! They will not fix if you cant tell them which of the four deliveries did it) --------Spent $$7-8,000 thousand

I actually had a great experience at rooms to go. I went in to purchase a sofa, but they didnt have anything on the showroom that I liked. The salesman said that they had what I read looking for in the back and they would be happy to set it up for me. They set it up, I liked it and bought it. About an hour later, I arrived to pick it up and they loaded it onto the truck. Things couldnt have gone better!

Highly unacceptable and untrustworthy staff and credit line. These people have no intent to simply sell furniture , but instead encourage applicants to enter into a contractual agreement that is rigged to increase monetarily without your consent or knowledge.

Got the job done ... But only by luck. They do not provide their loaders with any sort of loading material except string! not even cardboard for a cushion. Room floor also has poor selection like it is the place furniture goes to die. I lucked there too.
