Havent even received our furniture we ordered and already disappointed. The lady we ordered from at the antigo location told us in February 15th (day of purchase) that it would only take a week to receive the couch and loveseat we ordered. Today March 3rd, I called because we have yet to receive our furniture or a call to set up delivery. The girl on the phone said indeed our furniture was not delivered to them , and wont be in route to delivery until March 13th. I understand it takes Time, however if Im told by the salesperson that it would only take a week, excuse me for being slightly annoyed to find out we wont have our furniture for at least a month following the day we ordered it.

Lakeland Furniture was referred to us by good friends when we were looking for new kitchen chairs. They had purchased from them and spoke very highly of their service. We were not disappointed; the sales person was very easy to work with. We ordered 4 Amish made chairs that would take approximately 6 weeks to make. When we picked up the chairs they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with finished product, the chairs are a great addition to our dining room, exactly what we ordered and wanted.

This is our favorite furniture store. We have gone there for all our furniture needs for 2 houses! Beds, and couches and tables, and even rocking chairs, Excellent friendly service, the store is big and comfortable with so much to choose from, including plenty of Northwoods decor.
