Help with appliance selection was good. They held the appliances for a couple of weeks until needed. But delivery and set up was not completed as scheduled. It took numerous calls to get a delivery date. Then the wrong electric cord was present and I was not allowed to go to the store (10 minutes away) for the replacement. The installer/delivery man said Sears would come later that day with the correct cord and install. It took 3 days for it to happened. That bit about free delivery has very tiny print and they do not offer it if you dont meet their requirements. I paid $85 for delivery for my $1300 Samsung refrigerator and a separate $85 delivery fee for my $900 Kenmore Electric range. Both delivered together. Sears was great once but it appears that the end is near.

The best new place to purchase appliances in Memphis. Actually have sales people to help you. Will never go back to the no one to help you Home Depot and Lowes. This place actually cares and is locally owned. Recommend to everyone
