I Purchased a Refrigerator & a Freezer from A-1 about 2 years ago and did not have the best experience. Fast forward 2 years later.... I called today to see if my freezer was still under warranty (I believed I had purchased an extended warranty) and the man that answered the phone cut me off before I could finish talking and sputtered out an 1-800 phone number. I called the number, but my info was not pulling up so i was told to call the store back to verify what name and address it was under, or see if they had a copy of my receipt... The same RUDE man answered the phone and told me again to call the 1-800 number, and they do not keep any receipts in the store, but even if they did, he DID NOT and WOULD NOT look up anything for me. You cant talk sense to stupid, so I hung up.

One would thing that the way the economy is that retail stores would put even more importance on customer service.I shopped at this location on saturday ,Feb. 4, 2012. I was with my wife and daughter looking at dishwashers.First ,I know there were many sales staff on floor, no one even greeted us. I could not even look at the dishwashers because the top of counter over the displays were covered with catalogs and the salesman hovered over it writing an invoice.He turned ,noticed us looking and turned away as if we were disturbing him.we were disappointed after waiting and left..we will not recommend this store or shop here again..

I wished I would have looked at A-1 rating before I purchased a washer/dryer from here. Ive had the washer for two and a half months, yet its only operated properly for 1/3 of the time. The sales guy promised he would help us get service, but after a week of continuous calls and store visits, we never received service. He kept forgetting about us.
