I picked out a dining set that not all the items were in stock a two month wait. Two months came and went. First I get a call from a girl telling me I had Items to pick up, I asked if everything was in because that is what I stressed to the salesman from the get go all of the items had to be in. After going over the list not everything was in the girl was very rude and hung up. The tracking on line--at the time when everything was to be in it said nothing was at the warehouse and I was 4 days from picking up my order so I called the store to ask about the items again same girl put my on hold for a long time said my pick up was not until monday I said I understand that but the website is saying nothing is there, where as before I was waiting on one item. I said I will be there on monday but if everything was not there I was cancelling my order 3 months later. Her response was whatever and hung up. I thought I had called customer service not the girl that hates her job. The salesman and the young man at the customer pick up did a wonderful job but I will never buy from this store again because of having a bad girl in customer service.

i ordered a sectional couch with an ottoman, recliner, one end table, a coffee table, two lamps and kitchen table with chairs. They said they could ship it to us 6 days from when I purchased everything. The day they delivered everything they gave us the wrong table, forgot out ottoman and they assembled the coffee table and broke a piece on it and tried to glue it with out telling us but luckily my girlfriend checked it out after they left and when she opened it the sliding drawer fell apart. Then she calls them and tells the salesman about it and she said they would call her back after the truck gets back which we never did recieve a call back. The next day we call again and they said theyd call us back agian and guess what they never did so my girlfriend went back there the next day so they couldnt avoid her like they been doing and the lady that was behind the counter was very rude to her. Im beyond pissed off and highly recommend everyone go else where. Everyone Ive talked to that has purchased stuff from value city said they will never go back.

My experience has been horrible the lady tried to scam me and told me my sofa had a sleeper bed and then tried to charge me $200 more for the one that actually had the sofa sleeper in it not only that they sent me a used couch and when I sent it back they sent the same couch twice back to me today I received the other sofa they exchange to me it is also used I will be calling them tomorrow for refund dont waste your time or money here ive been dealing with this for two whole months.

The commercial that you have with the two people sitting on their couch and almost vomiting at looking at their old table and etc is the grossest commercial I have seen. It scores right up there with the toenail fungus where they raise the toenail and go inside. I think you need to rethink the ad! It has been getting some talk but it is all negative.

They had the awesome couch set for 300 dollars cheaper than at rothmans and they are courteous. The only thing that brings their rating down for me is when i found a beautiful coffee table and end table online and they couldnt order it to their store so i didnt have to drive a couple hours to get it. Needless to say, I bought my set elsewhere.
