Buyer Beware!! Horrible Customer Service. While in the store shopping, our salesman was very helpful. However, I had a list of things go wrong: 1. I was overcharged for the merchandise on my credit card and instead of being able to credit the difference back, I was told I would get a refund check and it could take up to 30-days. 2. We got the sectional delivered and one of the pieces was a different color. We refused the piece and was told by the delivery men that we needed to call to set up arragnements to get the correct piece delivered. - After calling the customer service line, we were told that they could bring the new piece out but it would be a week. We are out of the delivery area (thats why we had to pay extra for delivery originally) and they only come to our area 1x per week. So, even though THEY made an error, THEY would not make special arrangments to make it right in a timely fashion. I have to wait an extra week - "theres nothing we can do about it, it is policy because of our contract with the delivery service that we use" I was told if I wanted to come pick it up on my own I could - then what was my delivery fee for?? 3. When the delivery men came out and set up the pieces that were correct, they did not even have their own tools to do so. You would think that they would be a little more prepared for the deliveries and not only make sure that the tools they needed were with them but that the correct piece of furniture was on the truck! Needless to say, I will NOT be going back and doin business again and I will NOT refer anyone to them!

We have bought 2 different sets of couches from them and our rep was horrible! He was rude and we felt like we were rushed to hurry up on what we decided on so he can make a profit and move on to the Next victim. If we looked at something in our price range, he would tell us avoid thats junk, well he would show us something else, but way out of our budget. We told him we needed time to think and he went whatever. How rude! Came back like 2 mins later and said have you made up your mind. Our answer was no we just started to talk about it, he looked at me and said "well miss, you better make it up soon!" I felt horrible rushed. Afterwards, my husband went to politely thank him and this guy didnt even shake his hand or nothing and said "yup". How freaking rude! The loading dock took forever about 45 mins to get to our truck, then proceeded to load it in the back of my husbands truck bed when there was obviously a trailer hooked to our truck to load it on there. They basically flopped it on there and caused damage. I have asked for a manager and the guy looked at me and said its okay, no not okay when you ruin the furniture I just bought! no one ever came out. I called the next day wanting to speak with a manager and no one seemed to get me one. I was on hold for several minutes, I finally hung up and called again and some rude girl got back on and said "you could have waited a little longer, hes busy!" I have never been so disrespected by this company ever. I called customer service and got no where with this problem.

Great price if you dont mind your furniture falling apart. I came to this place hoping that I would be able to get a great bed at a decent price. I end up leaving with a couch, rug, bed, and a bedroom set for around 2500.00. Which I thought was fantastic considering they all looked great and looked like they would last a long time. SO why the negative review? My couch has broken twice (A couch that is hardly ever used) and our bed frame has broken TWICE! I have a warranty on all my things and instead of coming over and putting everything together or making sure that the bed frame will not break again, they just drop off the low quality replacements at my door and leave.I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD TO FIX MY OWN BED WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING PAID TO FIX IT COME OVER AND JUST LOOK AT THE BED! WHO SAYS THAT? Not only that but when I call to set up something for my warranty they are always busy and I wait on the phone for an hour and I have gotten hung up on twice. Also NEVER leave a message for this place because they will never respond. They obviously do not care for overcharging you for cheap furniture and particle board and tell you that you need to fix it yourself! THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT WEEKENDS ONLY IS THAT YOU CAN USE THEIR PRODUCTS FOR FIREWOOD! GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE OR MUELLER FURNITURE INSTEAD YOU CAN GET HIGHER QUALITY PRODUCT FOR MUCH CHEAPER!

This store doesnt deserve a star all. First off, HORRIBLE customer service. Its like the people doesnt even like working here or even want to help the customers out. After we purchase a couch we had to rent a uhaul to pick it up, we get there to pick our couch up and get home and unwrapped it all we seen they gave us the wrong couch. So we call and explain to them what they did and they expected us to bring the couch back and get ours. WRONG. That was their mistake not ours. So they said it would be Friday which would be the next week until they can deliver it to us so we agreed to that. Friday comes we didnt receive any calls from them so we call up there. Rude customer service by the way, they continue to say how they didnt have it marked down anywhere what happened about our couch. So we continued on hold forever until they could figure out what happened then they decided to hang up on us. We called back multiple times and still got hung up on. We decided to just drive up to the store and still said it would had to be Sunday to deliver because the people last week didnt note what happened to our couch. So my advice do NOT purchase anything by Weekend Only, because there stores has no organization what so ever. Its a waste of time and money!

Moved to Salem, IL and needed a couch. Happened upon Weekends Only while exploring Fairview Heights. Found the perfect couch with the help of a wonderful sales associate named Malcolm. He was courteous, helpful, professional and well versed in the specs on the furniture. There were a few hiccups with the purchase process since my husband was traveling on business, but with the help of Chris the Customer Service Manager, and Allan Jones the General Manager, they ironed out all of the wrinkles and I got the couch we needed. Chris and Allan were so compassionate about my moving challenges and they went above the call of duty and professional courtesy to help us with delivery of our new beautiful leather sectional. This is the first time Ive experienced Weekends Only and I will go back to purchase other things for our home. These are great people and the showroom has everything you can imagine for your home and very high quality items with great prices! Go see them!
