My husband and I went to look for sofas today at Home furniture. We were greeted by a very rude salesperson. When I informed her we were just looking around. Her response was a turse "For?!?!" I said we were looking for a couch. This is not the first time I have been in this store and had a very rude salesperson talk to me. The only time I have been in there and had someone treat me respectfully was when I was ordering and buying a $1,900 Pulaski curio cabinet. I dont know if some of these sales people assume just because someone is young they cant afford anything or they are up to trouble if they walk around the store. Maybe it is because I am hispanic. Eitherway, I found it rude and no one should be treated in the manner that my husband and I were. Im trying to contact the owner about this situation. If I owned the store, I would hire some secret shoppers so that you can see how some of your customers are being treated.

When we bought a new house, I was a little overwhelmed with the challenge of furnishing it! When I walked into Home Furniture, the staff was very helpful and not at all pushy. Sue was my saleslady and helped me find the perfect kitchen table for my new house. I gave her the dimensions of the room - and showed her what I liked. After the table was delivered (in less than 2 weeks after I had ordered it!) - I also worked with Sue to order a bedroom set and living room furniture. Instead of going back into the store, Sue emailed me pictures and prices until I decided what I wanted. My bedroom furniture is now ready to be delivered - and I am looking forward to working with Home Furniture again in the future.

I came into the store to purchase living room furniture. I explained what I was looking for and they offered several ideas, including fabrics and manufacturers. It took me 5 trips with different color schemes and fabrics and the salelady was patient and very helpful. They match other merchants prices and will be up front with the pricing. I have been back to purchase end tables and I recommended them to my daughter who is from TN and she purchased a dinette set and end tables at a great price. The financing is the best in town. You cant go wrong.

I bought a new bedroom set when we moved into our new home and they were great to work with. They met the price of another store where we had first found the set we liked. We also purchased a Cochran pedastle kitchen table & chairs, which we love. We had some trouble with the pedastle but they went out of their way to make it right. I am now in the market for a chaise lounge for my bedroom and intend to go back & see if Linda can help me find what I want.
