I ordered a bed over two months ago and have had many issues. The delivery men dragged it up my stairs and banged it all along the way. They also put it together too loose that it broke. When I called the manager he just gave me the run around. The posts were broke on my bed when they first tried to deliver it. It took over a week to replace it. When they finally got the new posts they were the wrong ones. The manager again acted like we were an inconvenience. We finally got the right posts and the men again dragged it up the stairs in a macho manner and hit the walls and scratched our new layed floor. As we were sitting down stairs all we heard was the banging of our new bed hitting our new floor. After they left we went to inspect. The huge four poster bed was so loose it moved like a tree in the wind. We attempted to tighten all the screws to find out that half were stripped. As we continued to inspect, we saw numerous nicks, nitches, and scratches. We were scared even to sleep on it. But with no other option and already over a month into the ordeal we had no choice. We called again to complain and was told that the whole bed will be replaced and the new one will be inspected prior to insulation at the warehouse. When the new product arrived, it was only the posts that came. Another heated argument with the manger happened. What happened to good customer service? They gave us the run around on delivery and fixing the problem making us appear as the bad people. The bed was the most expensive they had to offer. Is it too much to want it to last and be correct? We are still waiting for this problem to be resolved and are currently following up with our attorney and better business burro.

The salesman Gino was nice enough. He gave me a good deal on some furniture. The delivery however was atrocious. He kept moving the day back and back and on the final day it was delivered, he promised it would be at my house at 11 AM. It did not get there till 7 PM. For 8 hours I waited at my house for them to show up. I would call and ask what the hold up was, and he would say he would call me back and never call back. I had to keep calling every few hours and he kept saying "They just left theyre on their way right now". Eventually the delivery guys themselves called me and were very apologetic and told me that he had them going on a bunch of other deliveries before they did mine. The only saving grace in this situation was that the delivery guys were extremely polite and professional

After I had a catastrophic experience with Royal Furniture I visited Florissant Furniture the very next day received nothing but the utmost respect and empathy for the bad experience now mind you I went in on a Saturday after work which was around 1pm and picked my items (Which were price matched) had a very smooth transition with my finance company, then to my surprise had my items delivered that evening. Now if thats not superior customer service I dont know what is. I will definitely be going back to Florissant Furniture I already have paid off two accounts with them and when my little one arrives next summer they will have all baby Furniture courtesy of Florissant Furniture

We walked in 20 minutes before closing exactly a week before Thanksgiving need a couch before the big day. They were super friendly and helpful and didnt complain about our last minute visit. We got the order put in for the couch and the sales person was pretty certain we could have it in time. I was worried, but then we got a call Monday asking if they could deliver early! The delivery people were very professional and patient setting up the couch properly, and we love it. Its exactly what we wanted and have been enjoying it for over a week now with no problems. We love it and were so happy it got delivered early despite the holiday crunch.

My wife and I walked in looking to furnish our new apartment. We were greeted by Gino. He was professional and courteous as he helped us assess what we were looking for and what our needs were No pressure or sales tactics just genuine interest in helping us find what we wanted and give us a good price. We were able to find great high quality and beautiful furniture. Delivery was exactly when promised and was completed quickly and professionally.I highly recommend this store. My family and friends dont believe the price I paid for what I got. It was a great deal and a great experience. We plan to come back for any future furniture needs.

Great experience with them!! Walked in knowing what I wanted and left with exactly what I wanted!! Amid and Tony were great to work with, even got it delivered when I asked! Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because, even after the 2 of the delivery men had already stated they were going to have a beer while waiting for the other man to come back with my screws. After they left, they was a beer can in my front yard!! Everything else with them went smoothly and fast!!

Horrible service. Did not deliver my bedroom set on date agreed upon. My set was due August 1, 2011 and I did not get it until August 16, 2011. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Gino the "owner" was even rude to my mother. Gino also claims that no refunds are given EVER! I had to call the police on him and I was told by an officer that he gets calls about the store all the time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS STORE!!!!!

My husband and I are very satisfied with the service Gino provided us today. I saw a sectional at a competitors store that I want but didnt get it. When i got here they had the same one but it was a bit more expensive. Gino worked his magic and dropped his price a bit. The finance application was very simple and easy as well. They also did same day delivery. Im so very very satisfied with my purchase.

What a GREAT experience!! Gino was so patient & respectful as he waited for me to make my final desicion! Delivery was made as promised. There was a manufacturers issue, and drivers had to come back twice. Each time the drivers were kind & effecient & arrived when promised!! Gino stood by his word, would recommend & intend on repeating my business.

Delivery ran smooth they arrived when I was told they would be. My Queen size bed wasnt standard measurements due to the manufacturer. I complained and they sent someone out to verify that I actually had a queen size bed. Dont make bets

Furniture delivered in a good timeframe, prices were great for three rooms of furniture. Great quality of furniture!!! Definitely will return for more... Gino is a good salesman with a great attitude
