These guys are robbers! I will try my best to steer everyone AWAY from these clowns. First off, in they did my fork seals and didnt use OEM seals so obviously they started to leak. That was in July of 07. Had multiple back and neck surgery in )* so I didnt get to ride that whole season so the bike sat for that year. In march, 09 i noticed the forks were leaking and I was like WTF?!?! So I called Binghamton Honda and explained to them the situation. I spoke with Aiden. He said he would re-do the forks with OEM seals and cut me a break on the labor which he did. He charged me 1 1/2 hours instead of 3. Since they had they bike I asked them to change my tires to me race tires, which I provided. It took them a freakin month to do the job and they charged me $90 freakin dollars to change my tires!!! Are you kidding me?!?! I am outraged and tired of their BS, lack of customer service, integrity, and all around business practice. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION FROM NOW ON TO STEER PEOPLE AWAY FROM JOE MARTINICHIOS SHOP!!!! THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!

Great Service!! Very good guys down there. Jason in the service dept. is an honest guy!! Theyll get you taken care of, without taking you for a ride. (pun intended!) If you need ANY service done on your bike or ATV; take it here! Ive been to Conklin Cycle, SSR, and Southern Tier H&D. These guys are the best! They really helped me out of a jam and couldve stuck it to me, but they didnt. The owner was there hanging out (in the show room on a Saturday) and we had a really nice chat while I was waiting for my inspection about the different types of bikes in the showroom, my riding style, what type of surfaces I like to ride. Asked me some great questions, and had some good info without feeling pressured. You definitely have a customer for life after today guys....looking forward to my next purchase coming from you.

Could not ask for a better store to shop from or service with. Staff always take the time to make sure you get everything youre looking for and greet with a smile. The owners have been hands down the best buying experience I have ever had with any auto purchase. Parts will find you a part youre looking for even if it means digging to find one that will fit. And service always gets the work done quickly, correctly, and well priced. Only negative about the place is that its so popular you have to wait sometimes. But I guess thats a trade-off for great service, everybody gets it, even the guy in line before you; and Ive never visited the store without some customer already inside or right behind me.

You guys talking bad about them are out of ur fuc*ing minds. They are by far the best shop in this area and Ive dealt with them all. They will do everything they can to help you out. Ive brought my bike there for everything I cant do, and I would never go to another shop. They have even let me borrow tools and helped put parts on or fix little things for free. Also remember they are a small family business and CANNOT control how long UPS takes with your parts. They are awesome guys and any problem Uve had with them must have been due to u being an idiot or from what it sounds like, stuck up a**holes. By far best shop around and I recommend them to everyone. BINGHAMTON HONDA ALL THE WAY!!!!!!

Purchased a bike, called ahead a few days before picking it up to make sure everything was ready. I take time off from work to pick it up and guess what...none of the paperwork is done, no DMV forms, no plates, nothing. Had to come back 3 hours later. Thanks for wasting my time. The service department sucks - take your bike in and ask to be kept informed of whats going on and I get a call a week later that it was done. And dont go there for warrantee stuff unless you want to pay for the work...they didnt even fix the problem. Seems every time I go in to buy something the staff has something better to do than to serve the customers. Unbelievable, how does a place like this stay in business?

All my experiences (sales and service) with Binghamton Honda have been great. When they hired (Tech) Frank G. several years ago, they hit the jackpot... he knows his stuff and is never pushy about trying to sell stuff to me. He fixes problems correctly the first time. He is usually booked well in advance, but handles really urgent repairs promptly. When I bought my new demo 2012 Gold Wing there a couple of years ago (not a planned purchase, but my wife noticed and liked it, pointing it out to me) when my 2004 GL1800 was in for a new rear tire. We did the test drive and made a good deal right there.

I have had great service getting a tire changed. Very friendly and quick. On the flip side I have also exp frustration in the part dept. I ordered some parts and the guy was taking my info and putting it into the computer. Then he just left. I stood there for a couple minutes thinking he had to do something related to my order and was coming back to tell me when the parts would be in/give me a receipt....but he never came back! I asked someone else if they could finish helping me out and he said I was all set. Wow...very bad service that time! So I guess it depends on who helps you out..

I called the dealer and made an appointment to a 2017 Honda CB 1100 EX. After taking a test ride, I bought the motorcycle. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. Rob, the owner, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the features and details of the motorcycle. This dealer is very passionate about Honda products and I enjoyed working with them.

Poor customer service and badly managed. Parts prices are often overpriced and inflated. Speaking of inflated, my tire that they put on was over 60psi, when it should be less that 30psi. Not safe. Not to mention the price they charged to put the tires on...even though I brought the wheels already off the bike.

The service you get from this honda dealership is amazing. . Always friendly and will take the time to look up parts and answer questions for you . I have only bought parts and accessories here . I have asked questions on how to repair my bike and they have taken me back to a mechanic for Q&A.

This is a family owned business and they are always friendly and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to buy anything from them... probably some of the lowest prices for Honda products anywhere around!

I always get good prices on parts there, better than I can get online or at other shops. Had to take my atv in once for work and they had it running for cheap in no time.
