Hahaha that place is a joke. Bought my jet ski from them brand new left over model. After paying out the nose I found it the seat weighed 200 lbs, cause it was water logged. The pump had sucked up a rock. No one told me it was a demo model. Service is just as bad as sales. The same jet ski before I bought it was sunk hense the water logged seat and messed up pump and impellor. The motor filled with water during a demo so when the ski hit 25 hours it through a rod and motor broke in 3 peices. Thank god for the extended service plan. Called up conklin cycle and they said six weeks turn over rate. I said hell with you. I took the ski to ithaca rec and had it boy the end of the week. So what im trying to say is conklin cycle sucks. Travel the extra few miles and go else where. I will never give them another dime. I spent 13 thousand dollars for a junk sunk ski at full price. Thanks alot to mario the kurt at conklin cycle.

Had some issues with a new side by side, nothing major just a few items that needed tweaking. They took it in on a Monday and had every thing done by Friday! They even did extra! Something that had nothing to do with warranty got fixed up for me. And they did my first maintenance cycle for having to wait while they rebuilt from the flood! Very nice service and fast too! Top marks in my book.

NO OIL!!Went in for an oil change, brakes (front and rear) for a motorcycle. I live 36 miles away and when I got home, I shut the bike off and started it again 10 minutes later. They didnt put ANY oil in the motor as my oil light was flashing, and the dipstick was bone dry. I have no clue how I made it home, wont ever go back again.

Extremely poor customer service. Went in ready to buy. 5 employees standing around no one said a word to us and when we asked to test drive were told it wasnt a good day to test drive - sunny and 50. Id say rude, lazy and clearly not there for the customer. They lost a $7,000 sale today and we wont go back.
