I wont go back! I took my bike here for the first time because the bike had been there before however I was a new customer. I took the bike in for brake issue and inspection, no problem. Turns out there was no issue with the brakes but the bike failed inspection due to worn tires. I was called about this and was given a quote. I approved the new tire purchase with the understanding that the quote given was the total bill. This is not the case. I was called saying the job was done and I was given a final bill that was almost $100 more! The owner called and explained the differences. My gripe is the fact that I was given a quote not knowing that it was for only the tires! Being a small business owner myself a quote is just that, a quote. The final price youll pay for the job. Another thing that really got me was the fact the they charged me $5 to charge the battery! He said that he had bills too. I wonder if he charges for air as well because after all the air compressor runs on electricity too!

I have purchased gear and parts from here with no problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service department is my reason for the low rating. I took my Yamaha R1 there for an inspection and had my bike put on a jack for a thorough look (much more than other shops do, so I was impressed). However, I was told that my steering head bearings were shot and that I needed $400+ of labor and parts to replace it. Took my bike to a second shop for an opinion and turns out the adjustment collar just needed a 1/8th turn to make them as tight as day 1. Not only was it a simple fix, but they failed my inspection because of it. Not sure if I was getting ripped off or if the mechanic was just inexperienced, but for this reason I wont be returning for service.

A Private User

This place is a go to place for many bikers in town. (Along with atvs and everything else) They are great for getting your ride inspected or anything else. Their prices and selection on accessories are great. They order anything you want at no cost for shipping which makes them very competitive to even some of the discount accessories sites.
