The Salesperson I dealt with was very nice. Seemed genuinely knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and was all around helpful. Test rode the bike and was prepared to buy. The problem was everyone other than my sales rep was less than helpful. It got stupid. Fast. The Sales Manager made out like he was doing me this big favor giving me 6,500 for my bike. The KBB is 6,490. Who hoo. Really helped me out. 10 dollars more than what I should have gotten. Depending on what site you look at they vary but come on. I am an Active Duty Soldier so my address on my drivers license is not my actual address. Not a big deal. I bought two vehicles in NC having a PA license and used my actual NC address. For some reason it was a big deal to these fine people. The finance lady literally argued with me about whether I had to change my address on my DL. It was bad enough, my wife told me later that she was surprised I stayed after that stupidness. Whatever. Got passed that hump. HD Supposedly has this awesome special financing for Military. Not sure that they let the finance department know that I was AD but at any rate. What Garbage. 7.99% for a 17,700 motorcycle with a credit score of 771. LMAO, too funny. Obviously I am not going to do that. So I planned on leaving. Before I did though I called up my Credit Union and in 5 min I was approved for 2.44% Apparently doing simple task such as filling out a purchase order and accepting that you will receive an overnighted check for the full amount of the motorcycle are too complicated for this dealership to deal with. Without getting into a long drawn out story the plain and simple of it all is. The General manager or Sales manager and Finance department need some serious work. I do not know how on earth they stay in business. I will not buy or have service to either of my bikes at this place. I will not buy so much as a HD t-shirt here...

Keystone Harley Davidson has won my business for life. I will gladly purchase my future bikes from this location, no matter where I live. I traded in my 2007 Suzuki Vstrom for a 2015 Electra Glide Ultra. Brad my salesman knew exactly what I was looking for as soon as we go off of the phone. I had been pre approved for a bike through Harley, shopping for the right price was easy, finding the bike was trickier, Brad made this process easy. The day before I had visited another Dealership and I was not comfortable with their sales manager, I had to call him the following day to check on things and I got the infamous, I was getting ready to call you and I need you to bring your bike for valuation yadda yaddda, I had photos and video the night I met this other sales person, should have been enough to close a deal. Anyway he had told me that I should shop around when I told him I found better prices at other dealers, well this could have been good or bad on his part, it was good on my part, I found what I wanted in a bike from Keystone. Brad, Bonnie, Robert, Dave, Gino, and on and on at Keystone are exceptional! I got top Dollar for my trade and a great experience. When I took delivery service put on my Gerbing heated gear wiring for free, "Zero" Zilch dollars, I went back the same evening for the customer appreciation night and took advantage of the 20% off sale, I bought a faring pouch kit and Dave took time after hours and installed it for me in the garage< free of charge. I do not expect anything else for free "but a shirt" cough* cough* Gino I really want a Keystone button down shirt with my name on it! I look forward to may many years of deals with the Keystone Harley Davidson team. Thanks!

I would like to submit a review of my experience with MIKE BALCH on doing a dyno tune on a 2012 Street Glide with a Stage 4 kit installed. I have to say I been a Harley owner for over 30 years and had work done at different dealerships and contacted a few to do a dyno tune on my bike. I am so glad I selected Keystone HD and Mike Balch. I can not begin to express how impressed I am with Mike, he is an outstanding Dyno tuner I would recommend Mike to everyone. His professional manner and impressive experience as a Dyno Tuner is second to none! He asked me the important questions and even went above and beyond to make sure my bike was tuned perfectly! Even with the final tune he asked me if I road 2 up to make sure the tune would be perfect. The final numbers he got out of my bike with 112 horse with 117 torque, the bike is set up perfect....thanks again Mike!

I would like to share my "outstanding" experience with Keystone Harley Davidson. Months ago I called and made a reservation for a motorcycle rental. I spoke with Crystal Moccia. The date and time were set. I received a confirmation E-mail with all the pertinent information attached. On 06/17/2016 I went to the dealership. I was greeted without delay. The service provided was fast and efficient. All the required paperwork was in order and ready. Everything was completed in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door on the Harley. Other employees that I did meet while passing through the dealership were friendly. This is my second positive experience at this dealership and I anticipate returning to Keystone Harley Davidson when I am in that area again. Thank you very much Crystal Moccia (FIVE STARS with a Thumbs UP) !!!

Keystone HD rocks! I was blessed by their commitment to quality & service last week when Brad, my all knowing, all helpful sales rep, assisted me in every way during my recent purchase of my 1200 custom. He ended up running in me on the way home and stopped by 2c if he could still help. Ty Brad, u r a cool dude. Oh man!!! Everyone: Brad, Gino & Bonnie set the bar pretty high 4 excellence. And then 2 sweeten my trust in them, I rolled up on Saturday and asked if they could adjust my handle bars & Mark in service rolled me right in and hooked me up...Thank you dear Keystone. It was a pleasure speaking w/u personally and becoming part of the Keystone family. Will look 4ward 2 a lifetime of memories. Ride safe out there always & God bless.

Im at Keystone, right now, I road up here from Marshalls Creek! I go to the parts counter to purchase a battery for my wifes 2007 883. I purchased a 2014 Street glide special from Pocono Harley (new) & I am a 2015-16 H.O.G card holder ($45 re-inmeant) I handed the service guy my credit card & asked him for the 15% discount he refused to give me. So I canceled the purchase! The a-whole tosses my car back on the desk! I spend, no less, that $5000 a year on upgrades and Harley memorabilia! Keystone wont get a dime from me and I will inform my friends & bike club that deal with them of this disrespectful issue! The only reason I give a star is because the guy in the service department was very professional!
