Expensive furniture but if you want quality this is the place! I just purchased a custom couch and two swivel rocker chairs for what I would call an "investment". I went to WES because our first set of "new" furniture was purchased here 17 yrs ago and it was in excellent condition after wear and tear of a family of four for our main living quarters. Just passed it down to my kids. After a full remodel this summer, I went to WES again and worked with a wonderful designer, Kim Arnesen. She came to the house and measured, offered arrangement suggestions, all which worked out GREAT. Ive had the furniture since Sept and am very happy with each piece, fabric choices and layout. Get the Smithecoat - its definitely worth it. Part of the reason I went back to WES, is they do stand behind everything they sell. Had a recliner that needed adjustment twice in the 17 yrs and each time they came to my home at no cost. Definitely go when they have a sale, almost always do. If you go, ask for Kim - she was fabulous! BTW, I saw that Grand Opening advertised but this place has been on Milwaukee Ave in Lincolnshire for at least 20 yrs. Us locals know this.

After a lot of time and money wasted on expensive designer, we walked in the store and met a wonderful sales person and experienced designer who did not waste any time and words and got to business to find right furniture for our new house. The service was wonderful and prompt. Talea Bloom is a sincere and understanding person as well as a visionary designer. We have not gotten the furniture yet, but now feel better that the help is there. Talea showed us everything there is, so we did not have to wonder, what if... She offered us a great deal savings on quality furniture. She came to the house, measured, envisioned and then went to the catalogs and spent hours herself looking for the right furniture for us. None of these reviews are legit because THIS Lincolnshire store only had a soft opening last week, Grand Opening this weekend! So, 3 years ago, my ass hurts!
