AWFUL SERVICE!! It took 4 weeks longer then they promised for me to get my sectional. They delivered it to my home after I literally had to call daily and see when it was coming, and when it WAS finally delivered, it was the wrong sectional. I swear, it was a dark dark brown and I had ordered a light tan. It was shipped in a giant box and once we realized the delivery guy had left us with the wrong couch (he didnt even ask for the rest of the payment either, haha) we called and the employee tried convincing us that we will like the dark brown. Then the worker found out we hadnt payed for the rest of the couch, he called us back and said hed have the delivery guy bring us the correct one. Which Im waiting for at this very moment, dude still hasnt brought the sectional I ordered..several hours later. What a WASTE OF TIME. They lied to me and seriously wasted about 4 of my evenings because I was waiting for it to come and it never did. Dont even bother, go somewhere else for real customer service.

If I could give this place NO stars I would!!! I dont care how good of a deal you think you are getting DO NOT SHOP HERE! Where do I even begin? First we ordered a table and 4 chairs for our dinette, a sectional couch and an ottoman. When we ordered we were told 2-4 weeks. After over a month and a half they finally delivered the table and chairs, then a month and a half after that A sectional, NOT OUR sectional, but a completely different one. Now it has been over three months and we are STILL WAITING on our ottoman. Constantly told that it would be in next week, in two weeks, etc, IT NEVER COMES IN!! Only after threatening to report them to the BBB do they even call you back, and even then I still got the run around. Called just now, same stuff different day..... I am finally fed up and have told them I want a refund. Also they claim to be whpolesalers, which they arent, I will do everything in my power to get this god awful business SHUT DOWN!!

I would definitely have to rate my shopping experience at Ruelles furniture as excellent! I came in on a Sunday, shopping for an affordable mattress. I was greeted by two ladies who showed me around the store and answered general questions. I was then turned over to the store owner who helped me find the mattress I was looking for & helped to work within my price bracket. Store employees even worked with my work/ school schedule to set an appropriate delivery time! Mattress was delivered on time, with a bonus pillow top. Delivery guys were not only friendly but worked fast & efficiently to help set up my bed and mattress. I would definitely recommend Ruelles to college students looking for reasonable prices like myself, or anyone looking to get great quality and service at a reasonable price. Love it!!

I had gone there by seeing the reviews and ordered a chest - 2 piece and paid in full. The lady had told me that they will deliver it with in 3 days. It has been a month since I have visited and paid, not a call on the delivery. Indeed I did call and follow up, every week. The sales lady says " I dont know mam, you have to talk to the manager", the manager was never ever available and no number to contact him since she cant give his number out. I had made multiple calls to get my money refunded, never happened. very frustrating experience. I wouldnt recommend going here and doing the business with these people who can never be trusted. one more thing, free delivery is another lie, $65 for dleivery too. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE

Terrible service. They lure you in with prices lower than what you will find and the Ashley store. When you place an order they will not tell you when you will receive it. I was told that I would receive it the third week in November. Over a month after my purchase, Im still waiting. The staff tells you one thing but the owner does another. I was now told by the staff person that I needed to come in and talk to the owner as she has tried to get and answer from him about my purchase and he never responds. I was assured I would receive it today but now its up in the air again. If I dont get anywhere with him I will be reporting him to the BBB and the consumer rights authorities. Please stay away from this place!!

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Ruelles. I just referred a workmate to Ruelles and saw all the bad reviews online and was shocked. I feel obligated to write a positive review. I have been in various retail sales and management for 20 years and know what good customer service- and a good deal- looks like. Ruelles staff were all courteous and professional. They have great prices on good quality furniture and service. They did exactly what they promised regarding delivery and setup. (Even up my two flights of stairs for an entire bedroom set.) I will buy from them again and will continue to refer people to them. - Michael

Well to start off i was kind of scared to shop because of a few reviews i have seen on line but i took a risk, and i am glad i did they had the sectional i was looking for and not only did they have it they had it a a great price i was about to pay $1,200 at ashley home store and only payed $899 at Ruelels furniture i waited 2 week for it to arrive but it was well worth it i love my sectional and had enough money left to purchase my coffe table i will say that i recomend this furniture store very nice people and great delivering staff !!

Loved my shopping experience as a first timer. Got treated with great Customer service, very friendly. Affordable prices. Received everything that I ordered on time, which was a Sofa & Loveseat, Headboard, Dresser with Mirror, Full size comfortable Mattress, in great condition. Which got delivered by two friendly guys, that set up everything quickly and professionally. Second time around, same treatment as a Customer. Received everything on time as well as the first time. Cant mention anything wrong about this place. Highly Recommend it!!

A month ago we ordered a simple matress and frame. We were told that we would get a call in 2 to 3 weeks. Well that started you will get it next week calls. One call the wife said i keep telling you next week. Why isnt that good enough? " well next week hasnt ever came. Today one month in. The owner calls and says they never got the bed. This is after my husband disputing the purchase with his card. The husband says that we will get our money back. What a huge waste of time

Service is very very bad, after I bought they told me that I receive furniture within 3 weeks, Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah It took two months or more after the many contacts they gave me an appointment at 12:00 Hahah i wait to 4:00 and when I called them they told me that the truck was broken. Im tired a lot with them, without any regret or apology, and after 3 months late they sent furniture late by 3 hours Ayayaa with missed pieces of furniture.Beware Beware Beware
