This place is not even worth 1 star and is a joke. Purchased furniture...when it was time to deliver they came to my house at almost midnight! When the deliver driver came I let him know that this is not how you treat you customers, delivering furniture at nearly midnight (11:55) is when they arrived. The guy had a very I dont care attitude and didnt appologize or anything. On top of that they had the wrong rug. I go to return the run the next day and I explained to the owner that the delivery men were very rude and came to my house at midnight to deliver furniture which is very unprofessional. He told me to my face that they dont owe me an apology and for what! and refused to give me my rug! I recorded him saying very rude and sexist things me and my friend and I had to call the police just to get my rug!. I will be bringing this to Fox 6 news. This place us horrible, they are very unprofessional, rude, bigots. HORRIBLE customer service. Please save yourself the time and spend your money with people who appreciate your business. Because these people dont! All the other comments are true from previous customers here, and now Ive experienced it for myself. TOPLINE FURNITURE is a horrible estabiishment. The manager/owner is one of the most rudest unprofessional people that I have ever met..I dont see how this place is still in business.

I called this owner to purchase furniture I seen on his website and he didnt know anything about the items that were posted online!! I tried to Buy a Recliner Chair and matching throw pillows. He was very short with me, and At the time of the call I didnt know he was the owner so when he rebelled I asked him If the owner would be happy that he was being so RUDE TO ME & wasnt putting fourth an effort to make a sell? HIS REPLY WAS I AM THE OWNER AND ITS TAX TIME, DO YOU THINK I WILL LOSE SLEEP OVER YOUR SMALL PURCHASE? THEN HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!! WOW!! God works in misterious ways and warned me not to purchase anything from this company!!!! I hope my review will for warn you not to support this company!! Ill take my small purchase to a company you deserves it!!!! ***UPDATED/ REVISED***=====> A friend Of mines just informed me that she bought a bedroom set for herself and her husband and a short time later she had BED BUGS!!!!!!! I recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and was originally told that I would be able to pick up her bedroom set that next weekend and they would call me. However, the weekend had came and gone and I heard nothing from the owner. After giving him the benefit of the doubt, I gave him a call Monday to see what the issue was and the owner responded " I think I know who you are, I will call you back because its a bit busy in here." Patiently, I waited for the call in which one of his employees called and said the bedroom set would be here "Wednesday" and they would call. It has been two weeks since the payoff and is now Wednesday and have yet to receive the bedroom set. I called earlier and was told it would be here, but STILL NO BEDROOM SET OR CALL FROM ANYONE. I requested my money back and the owner responded "WE DONT WORK LIKE THAT THERE IS NO REFUND." This is an unprofessional business with no customer service what so ever and they will continue to tell you they will call you back and never do.

I have been shopping at Elite furniture since they opened. I bought a bunk bed for my kids and the salesman was very helpful in finding me dressers that matched perfectly. My most recent purchase was a reclining sofa. I told them what I wanted. I am a VERY picky person, but they were able to find exactly what I wanted and "I Love It". I also purchased a matching rug to go with my living room. There was a problem with the stitching on the rug, but when I let the salesmen know about my problem, not only did I receive a replacement right away, but he also gave me credit towards my next purchase. I will be returning for future purchases because Elite Furniture has made a satisfied customer out of me.

I recently purchased my children a bunk bed set from this store with mattresses included. Once I got it home my children began getting welts and bites all over. I then spotted something on my wall. It was a bed bug!!! I called the store who then came to pick up the mattresses. The admitted the bugs came from thier store and gave me a simple sorry. They refused to pay for fumigation costs and also refused to pick up the living room set i also purchased. Needless to say I will never shop there again and I am also proceeding with legal action. My daughter and I purchased a bedroom set for $1500, 3 months ago, and still havent received the furniture. The manager told us to come pick up refund when we got there, once again he was no where to be found. He said come back Monday to receive the refund. By then I was very angry I. Called the police and now contact 6 will be involved. It doesnt look like we are getting our furniture now refund, legal action will be involved. Also, they change their name alot. They are associated with STAR on 55th in North Ave.please dont purchase anything from their stores.

Everything is great about this place. I just left this store from making my second purchase from these people this year. I cant help myself and my husband is going to be upset with me, well at least until he finds out about the fantastic deal I got. This place never ceases to amaze me. The gentleman their continues to give me offers I cant refuse. If you want a great deal, I promise this will be your last stop.

This is the worst Funiture store ever. I purchased some Funiture and I paid for delivery but when it was time for my Funiture to be delivered they wanted more money. The owner or manager is very rude. Please dont spend your money here. They have very poor customer service. Not happy at all........

I bought a bedroom set from Topline Furniture. They gave us a great price that was lower that other places we looked. The delivery folks went of their way to put booties over their shoes to keep everything cleaned up, without even asking! Great selection!
