WOW what a place!! You have to experience it. Ive been to BIF Furniture many times and have always found exactly what I was looking for. The most recent time I visited I was looking for a dining room table. KIM helped me and he was great. I went back to the store twice and then called him to be sure the table I was considering was the right size and shape. He was always patient, helpful and never pushy or frustrated by my numerous questions. He even did a drawing to show me how the table would look in my dining room...and then I changed my mind! It was a difficult choice to make as there were so many beautiful pieces, but when I saw a walnut table that took my heart I knew that was the right table for me. Even the shape is beautiful. Two every polite young men delivered and set up the table and it looks fantastic. I will recommend BIF Furniture for sure and I will return whenever Im looking for that perfect something.

I have been a BIF furniture customer for a few years and I have always received excellent service. The big showroom in IL, is NICE and BEAUTIFUL! I purchased a new sectional, coffee table and end table during the grand opening and received excellent service. The store was very busy but with the great customer service I received I felt like the only customer in the store. Joo and Kim were my representatives. I dont see a reason to buy furniture from another furniture company ever. We had the furniture delivered and set up. The delivery team, which included Thomas, was very professional. They took great pains to make sure they were careful with my furniture and to put it where I asked. Such a great experience from start to finish! I will DEFINITELY recommend BIF furniture to anyone looking for new furniture or appliances. Thanks again guys for the great service! Elly

I dont write reviews but this is one place that I feel extremely strongly about. Ive never been treated to poorly before. We bought an over priced couch and the delivery was 7 weeks late. Everyday I would call for an update and they would say, "Oh, we will find out and call you back." They never returned my calls. When the couch was ready for delivery, they said they would call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. I dont have time to sit around in my house everyday and wait for that phone call. The worst part of this is that the owner hung up on me after I asked why the couch was so late. This is honestly the worst furniture store ever. It is over priced, worst customer service and you wont get your furniture on time. Please do not shop here for your own sanity.

Worked with Mr. Kim. Came in to look at Natuzzi and ended up with Stressless. Didnt know they carried the brand. Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable about the product line without being pushy. We just received the couch and it is in perfect condition. AND it arrived earlier than anticipated. Dont let the run down parking lot dissuade you from going into the store. It is very nice inside. If you are looking for contemporary/european furniture, this is your store. Also, there seems to be many negative reviews. My review is for the Illinois store. Some reviewers are commenting on the store in Virginia and its worked its way to this location. Give the store a try and work with Mr. Kim.

What a great store this is, the staff is superb and the quality outstanding. I cant afford to do to much at once but Ive already bought a couple of pieces from here and will continue to do so as time goes on. There furniture is different from any other place that Ive shopped at, its definetely not like a warehouse store where you go in pick something out and its delivered the next day. Most items are custom made but well worth the wait.

Last year at this time, I purchased a dining room table/chairs and buffet from Mr. Kim at Bif. I LOVE it! Excellent quality as well as looks. Mr. Kim is a delight to work with and has exquisite taste in furniture and style. My son purchased a leather sofa and some lamps last year. This year he purchased the love seat and more lamps (larger apartment). I can honestly say Id refer anyone to Bif for great service and quality.

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS STORE WHEN I WALKED IN, COULD NOT BELIEVE THE BEAUTIFUL SHOWROOM AND HOW LARGE IT IS. I HAD BOUGHT A SECTIONAL AND A COUPLE OF ACCESSORIES AND WILL SOON BE BACK. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM !!! ALOT OF THEIR FURNITURE IS MADE IN ITALY - WHAT GREAT QUALITY MERCHANDISE. THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDINARY FURNITURE STORE - CHECK IT OUT YOU WONT BE SORRY!!

Please becarefull get everything in a contract they will say anything to get a sale and than lie and give you something cheaper quality please do youself a favor go somewhere else and consider your self LUCKY never woulg go there or recomend to my worst enemy

Too expensive comparing with the other furniture stores. Showroom is big, but not an ordinary customer can afford. Tried to get a better price for a sectional, the manager was rude.
