Let me first say that shopping here was a wonderful experience, the salesman is not at all pushy and is very helpful. The outlet contains a great selection at really great prices. However, Ive had horrible issues since my credit card was swiped. First, I ordered a brown ottoman and a leisure seater with a right-sided chaise on 8/19. The chaise as explained wouldn’t be in until 9/15 so in order to ship everything together my ottoman had to wait. I waited till 9/21 to call customer service since I had not heard anything about my furniture...they were unable to assist and said that when it came in they would call to schedule delivery. On 9/29 I got a call that the chaise/couch had come in and scheduled delivery. My item(s) were delivered on 10/5 and the delivery guys were great. Then I opened my items which were alllll wrong. I ordered a dark brown ottoman which came BLACK and a right sided couch/chaise that came left sided. The funny thing was that all items were labeled correctly on the outside packaging but contained the wrong items. So I called customer service who didnt really want to assist me at all. They told me that the shipment of ottomans that came in were darker in color then the showroom model and the showroom model had since been changed (and because I waited so long for my shipment *I had no other choice* I got the darker one.) I told her that black wouldnt work in my living room and she asked me to take pictures and send them via email which didnt resolve my issues in any way. She then explained that I put the chaise together WRONG...folks, Im no dummy there is only two pieces that you place next to each other if I had it the right way one side of the couch is unfinished. SO after the insult she also asked me to send pictures of the chaise. I have sent pictures and emails with NO RESPONSE BACK...I would LOVE to edit this and say how they picked up the furniture and replaced it with what I ordered and I didnt have to wait ANOTHER month for that to happen, but Im starting to think this place really doesnt stand behind their customers (which is a shame, because I really want to love this place.)

I have never been more upset with a companies ethics or sense of responsibility. I paid for my items, one was back ordered I was told it would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks go by without a call, I contact them. The item is back ordered another two weeks. Again no call or email, a month goes by. I contact them, the first team member puts me on hold, after waiting 25min it becomes obvious he does not plan on talking to me. I hang up and call again, my item is in stock. I arrange for my items to be delivered, no apology and any sincere response to their poor management of my order. I speak with Luis the manager, he makes it clear that he has no interest in helping me. Very disappointed in this business.

I recently furnished my new house with the furniture from this place. I paid a little above $3000 and I have got by living room, family room and dining room furnished elegantly. I love their furniture pieces especially the modern sofas and chairs. I love the quality and workmanship of the piece too. I went to Ashley and Bassett before but nothing really caught my eyes until I came over to this place. The premium leather couch that I bought really comfortable and I believe that it should last me for at least 20 years. The dining sets that I bought, undeniably, catching every of my guests eyes...Ikea has got nothing of the comparable quality when you have to spend hours assembling these pieces.

This company lies and is a scam. I found this couch online and called Interior Express Outlet(IEO) to see if the couch was in stock and could be shipped I spoke to a guy in the warehouse who said yes its in stock. He then transfered me to sales who told me that if I place the order it could go out the next day and would take about 3 days to ship to me via ground. Its now three days later and the couch has still not been shipped. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful actually trying to argue with me rather than help. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM Interior Express Outlet. Wait there is already more now this crazy woman has cancelled my order WTF does she have PMS or something?

After reading the reviews I decided o write one about my experience also. Hi have to admit I am very happy with the store, although it took me some time to find the place. All of the furniture I bought from here matched my expectations and had amazing price. I managed to replace my kitchen and living room furniture on an amazingly low budget with unique and stylish furniture. The best pieces were definitely the ottomans. I bought two ottoman benches that come with four small cube storage ottomans, spending about $200 for the whole thing. You cannot beat the price. If you are patient enough to wait there are some amazing discounts also. Great job guys.

I browsed Baxtons catalog on their website and decided to pay a visit. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a man who introduced himself as Eric. He was easily available and helpful while not being overbearing. I fell in love with this store! It is definitely a warehouse and the furniture price matches the overall quality. I ended up buying a chaise that I love and a matching ottoman. Kind of disappointed that I did not find this store sooner! Thinking about going back for a bench and maybe a club chair.. So many ideas with such unique furniture!

Please beware if you buy a bed frame from this company, that their frames are much larger than for regular mattresses, and you will have a really bad looking gap. See picture I attached here. I tried to return the bed telling them how unhappy I was with this ugly gap, but me being completely unhappy didnt do anything to them, they said they dont take returns. So, if you buy from them, just be aware of what to expect. I wish someone would have told me before, then I wouldnt be stuck with a bed I hate and cant return. Waste of money!

I went all the way out to this outlet after seeing an advertisement on their website. First of all, this place is in the middle of nowhere, tucked away in the parking lot of an industrial park. When I got there I spoke with "Bob", who was less than friendly. He let me know that they did not have anything for the price that was quoted on their website and treated me like I was both stupid and a liar. I would recommend you DO NOT go to this place. Half of the merchandise is damaged as well and they sell as-is.

This is my new go-to place for furniture! Thankfully, the salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable in what was in stock, because this warehouse is chock full of furniture. We went after a friend’s recommendation and we are very happy we did. The prices and selection are both very impressive and easily beat out all the other furniture stores we have been to in the area. We picked up a great looking TV stand and side shelf for around $200, and plan to go back very soon!
