I am buying all my home furniture and even applied for the credit card from the store. I went to the store in Woodfield mall to see everything and the associate Kelly wrote everything down for me and she even gave me my credit card account written down in a paper and said that once I decide to call back and they would place the order over the phone since that I live far in the city. I did so, called today and they came up with 100 different nonsense excuses and were very rude to me. Kelly actually was working but didnt even bother to come on the phone and speak to me. Called customer service and they placed the order for me. Im a huge fan of ZGallerie and always shop there. Their prices are exteremely high and with that should come high level of customer service as well. Im question myself at this point if I should consider being a customer of this brand or not anymore. Very but very disappointed from how I was treated. Im spending the money and they are insinuating that Im lying.
