If there were 0 stars I would rate it so. It was a complete waste of time from the start. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone and stopped by the store (first day). I was told the phone needed to be sent out for repairs to apple and I needed to back it up. Proceeded to ask about a loaner and was told "no problem, when you drop it off tomorrow we will give you a loaner". Fast forward day two, I had backed up my phone and was there first thing in the morning. When paperwork began, I asked about the loaner and they mentioned that there was a "24 hour wait period for loaners". I understand if thats the rules, but I dont live next door and I was NOT told this the day prior. After giving some push-back, a tech had a look at my phone and assured me they could have a loaner before the end of the day, excellent! I left my phone and went on my way. Well, the day passed without a call. I called them 30 minutes before close and their phone system was already down, straight to VM. I stopped by the store prior to closing where they said "sorry, theyve had trouble with the system and couldnt get a loaner". Lets remember, I DONT have my phone, I gave it to them early in the morning when they promised a loaner by EOD. They never called me or attempted to communicate any of this. The tech then told me they would have my loaner by 2 PM the latest, the NEXT day. The next day rolls around, I called in around 11 AM to ask the status just to hear "we are still having issues with our system". That was more than enough, in fact my phone hadnt even been sent out for repair! Thankfully, I cancelled everything and went to pick up my phone, along with a full refund. Long story, but such a waste of time and effort, frustrated and upset when it could all have been avoided by going to the REAL apple store. They are liars, disorganized and have total lack of respect for customers time. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you want a horrendous experience, just STAY AWAY.

Im very disappointed with the service I had going on Saturday at the at the store they say they are specialist however when I entered and ask a question about my Apple device he was very this concerned and did not humor or the fact of making attempts to try to fix my problem his name was Daniel and Im very disappointed in his approach as well as his final outcome I was also lied to as far as the specialist would come in the store and I believe the specialist was already in the store who was the store manager and I would like to speak to that store manager. Apple should do better considering the store is called One Click specialist hence the word specialist some of my files are corrupted and once I receive my product no one advise me about the errors or some of the missing files they did not show me they just handed me my device and told me good day not good business very disappointed wont sleep well

Waste of time. Make the drive to the nearest Apple Store, itll be worth it. Brought my laptop in and paid the initial $59 for the diagnostic test that took a few days, then paid another $20 to fix the supposed software problem; only to have it stop working 2 weeks later. Brought it back and the diagnostic was covered by their "90 day warranty" and then I received no call or email for 1 week. When I called to see what the progress was, they claims to have contacted me. They said my laptop needed a new hard drive which would cost >$210. Took my laptop to the Apple Store in The Galleria, and they ran diagnostics- for free- right in front of us so we saw them check the whole laptop and all the software, to have them tell me the hard drive was perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Extremely poor customer service.

This is a nice store front, and the staff was very friendly. The service provided was completed well. So why 2 stars? The time of service as well as the communication from the store was deplorable. I dropped off our computer on Nov. 21st the they expected the service to be complete in 7 days. After receiving no updates from one-click, I called and was told that the tech was out. I was told that he would call me back. A few days went by with no call back. Upon calling again I was told that the tech was "out." Finally after nearly 3 weeks we got our computer back with the completed service of data recovery and a new hard drive. I wish I would have gone to the regular apple store. It is unfortunate that a nice store, friendly staff and completed service were undone by very poor communication.

POOR SERVICE!!!! I went with my MacBook for help and for them to help me figure something out. The technician was friendly and wanted to help but the other lady was interrupting him telling me they couldnt help me, that I had to restart my computer!! WHY RESTART IF YOU CALL YOURSELVES "APPLE SPECIALIST" all your employees should know how to help instead of "GOOGLEING HOW TO DO IT " (the first person that helped googled how to solve the problem) 1. First person google the answer 2. The lady told us the technician was not there and 2 minutes later he comes out of the staff only door 3. Lady interrupting the technician who was willing to help 4. Telling me to restart the computer because why!? THAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX IT!!

I wish I never wasted my time coming here. They were very reluctant to fix anything. I had an issue with my Macbook where I couldnt hear the sound and when I brought it in to see if anything could be done about it, the guy didnt even want to examine my computer. Instead he said that they fix dont problems with apps (because I mentioned that when I played my music on Spotify, and other apps such as google chrome and safari. But I did mention that sound did not work period). I clearly told him that it wasnt a problem with the apps, it was a problem with my computer sound overall, but I guess he was hard of hearing, lazy, or just plain dumb. Very unprofessional and Im only giving them one star, but theyre not even worthy of that.

Most horrible experience for a tourist. I bought a mac and an iPad last december from their store. They said they will give me discount on earphones and hard case for my mac. I made the payment through credit card and since it was already late in the night, i did not thoroughly check my bill. They gave me no discount on the accessories. Also, later did i find out that they charged me twice for the iPad purchase on my credit card. I have requested my bank to make an enquiry in to this. Till date nothing has happened. I sent them mail. I received no response. I made a call to them. After hearing to me, they put me on a hold and never called me back. Its been a nightmare after i made a purchase from here.

If you still decide to work with OneClick, be aware that the so called "tech guys" never pick up the phone nor keep inform on your repair status! There is a clause in the agreement you sign when you drop off your device that says "if you dont pick up your device they have the right to KEEP it!". If you need your computer repaired, DO NOT take it to this place. It is worth the drive to go to Apple store in Fort Lauderdale instead. At least, you will find competent technicians that know what they are doing.
