If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I went to look for my sons wipes and the shelf was empty. I asked for assistance from a employee and was told they did have 71boxes they just could not bring them down from the pallet jack to restock the shelf as the pallet jack had broken down and were awaiting for it to be fixed, ok I left the store. I came back the following week shelf still empty asked the nearest employee to scan the item again and see if they finally brought them down, employee came back and told me there were 35 in stock but the pallet jack still was stuck and broken once again I left disappointed. On 3/26/17 I came back a third time that being the following week and asked saandra the employee in the area , her immediate response was they were out of stock i asked her to please scan the bar code like all previous employees or to check for me in the back at which point another mom (customer) looking for the same item requested the same .so employee saandra walked away with an attitude muttering under breath "I checked already, i said we have none, I checked the back" at which point another employee Kiara walked by and I asked her if she could please scan the item and see if they had any in stock, to which she responded " ok,scanned the item and told us 14 boxes were in stock that she would check the back" as we waited we asked another employee (the yellow jacket wearing front lane supervior) for a manager of that area or the store. At this point Saandra was across the baby aisle speaking with another employee andy about us and being disrespectful unaware i spoke Spanish and could hear her rude comments . Kiara walked back with two boxes one for me and one for the other mom and Walmart assistant Manager German walked up alongside and said "are you the angry customer" What Kind of Customer service is that from a supposed store assistant manager??? ...when I tried explaining how grateful I was of kiaras customer service he interrupted me and said "Let me cut you off , anything you want to say about her you can write it online..and that he would handle the situation and walked away" I was baffled at how arrogant Rude and pompous his attitude was , didnt even let me explain. I am unsatisfied on how the area is ran and how the employee refused to properly assist me and gave attitude. I mean I am told the boxes are stuck on the pallet jack every time for two weeks but every time I ask for the product that is not stocked they scan it and tell me a different stock amount , if they are stuck on the pallet jack ..HOW ARE THEY BEING SOLD???? THIS shopping experience with Walmart is the REASON WHY AMAZON IS WINNING AND BEATING WALMART . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . German should deffinately not even be any sort of management whatsoever for he lacks the qualities of leader and does not know how to properly handle customers And as long as Walmart Employs these kind of none work ethic having individuals it will continue to crash and burn allowing competitors like AMAZON to win over their customers. I now shop for all products on Amazon or grocery shop at my nearest grocery store for my groceries convenience. Walmart can kiss my money Goodbye.✌

Realmente me sentí muy mal, no es posible que después de casi una hora en la tienda y tanto tiempo para pagar, cuando lo voy a hacer por culpa de no se quien, los precios mal puesto es toda una parte de la tienda cuando voy a pagar en la caja resulta que no es lo que decía, era supuestamente más caro y me tuve que ir sin el producto, después de demostrarle a la jeja del piso que todas las mencancias en esa parte tenía el precio mal entonces. Ella me dice que había que fijarse en el número del código. Desde cuándo?los usuarios miran números de código? Los usuarios miran precios y esos ninguno estaban bien. Es una pena realmente pensé que era un buen lugar. Así de simple, tu problema. Si te gusta bien y si no también. Mi calificación para esa tienda y mi experiencia es muy mala.

This is the worst Walmart store ever. Lets face it, having to go to Walmart is bad enough but every so often I, at least, just have to bite the bullet and go. This particular Walmart, however, brings a new meaning to "the Walmart experience": the aisles are so narrow you cant get through if someone else is coming the other way with a shopping cart, the majority of the employees are rude and unhelpful, the store is constantly out of common items which is really amazing because my next complaint is that they seem to ALWAYS be restocking at the busiest times and the employees continually have either the access to merchandise blocked off by the huge dollies they use, or they have boxes spread all over the place and then get an attitude if you ask them to allow you through. Ive almost been run over by these huge dollies. Customers DO NOT come first here. Last but by no means least, there are never more than 3 registers open even during the busiest times;the lines are unbelievable! It is certainly worth your time to go a bit further to the Walmart on SW 137th Ave or even the super center down in FL City. The only reason for the 2nd star on this review is because of location and that there is well-lit covered parking available. Did I mention that over 50% of the products have been opened in health and beauty? Just saying. . . save yourself the headache.

The experience here at Walmart is OK but, when I need to know if something is available at the store I called and the first thing you expect is for them to answer. But today I called and they never answered. So I experimented it at the store I called for an associate and I saw that the call is located to the fitting room phone then it rang and rang and nobody was there I stayed on the phone for 10 more minutes and nobody came to the phone so I experimented it at the store I called for an associate and I saw that a cost to the fitting room phone then it said my number nobody was there I stayed on the phone for 10 more minutes and nobody came to the phone so this Walmart I would rate zero stars for customer service. But overall the shopping experience and the products are great!

At a first glance, from outside all to the parking lot it seemed like they had bettered the image of walmart, but as soon as you got out of your car, you knew right where you wereb the name shoutinh, cussing, speed at which people drive in the closed parking...People were slamming into one another with no respect nor enough manners to excuse themselves. Waited more than 15mins in checkout line while 3CSR were taking selfies. almost full store, long lines and yet only 2 checkout counters working what seemed to be drug addicts were peddling customers for petty cash right outside the main doors. No security what so ever. Called walmart only to be hung up on by the automated system because they were in training...
