All real gamers know that the worst possible place to buy videogames is gamestop because of their lack of customer service, loyalty program sucks, high prices and pre owned business practices. However I wanted to give this store a try... Guess what? It sucks!! The manager/cashier/onlyemployee did not accept my gift card to pay for in store items! Clearly violating franchise policy and federal law (yes there are laws regulating gift cards since they are currency). After 1h 30min calling the gamestop 1800 number they acknowledged the store error and their solution was for me to go to other store!!! WTH ?? Cmon!!

This store freshly opened about a year and a half ago. Looks really modern. Racks are neatly stocked with games. Customer Service, which is the most important, is about average. OVERALL: Freshly opened. Modern look. Once you hit that counter, prepare to be asked, "would you like to reserve it?" over and over. B+

This Gamestop is outstanding. My son and I have been coming here for years. My son is 15 and will not shop at any other store. The manager Regan and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help. My time there is always pleasurable.

10/10 customer service as well as friendly staff, they always have all consoles on sale as well as games. Best part is you dont have to make a line
