Both times I was there, I was treated so poorly. The first time, I looked past it because the store was really busy and it was close to closing time. The other day, I went there again and I couldnt believe how TERRIBlE the service was. The store was not busy and I was passed at least 8 times by employees and did not have ONE person greet me or ask if I needed help. Some guy (I dont know if hes the owner?) but he was walking around talking on his phone. I grew more furious by the minute and it got to the point where I was so blown away, I just stood there WAITING for someone to acknowledge me. I was shocked and refuse to go back there. Find another light store -- RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in for some fixtures for our new house and Kathy was amazing. She knew the product and was able to explain pros and cons of certain products. Also had to use the back counter a few times to get some switches and wall plates. All the guys were great. They were able to explain the differences between some dimmers for me. Prices were very reasonable too. Im sure Ill be back soon to get my Caseta dimmers.

Walked in looking for a couple lighting fixtures and two chandeliers. I was in here for literally 15 minutes and not even one person asked me if I needed help. The sad part was that they were not even busy! Oh well its not my lost.

This place has a bad attitude . The guys in back are rude and they are so slow . The showroom is cluttered and the sales staff is unhelpful .
