Forget about Home Depot and Lowes...just go to Century Electric! Youll get better quality at what seems to be even lower prices, knowledgeable staff and the kind of hometown service that youll NEVER get at a big store! On three separate transactions, something unusual came up and each time, Century Electric had an answer that exceeded my expectations! The first was holding a lamp for me for over three months! I got an amazing deal but didnt have anywhere to keep it until our new house was built- so they stored it for me! Next was helping some out of state friends find a lamp that theyd been trying to find for years. Bob heard them describe what they wanted and pulled out one catalog. He flipped to a few pages of options- and they found it! Then, Century shipped it directly to their home. Most recently was a double-win. First, Bob helped us create a track lighting system that we could only imagine. He knew where to look and showed us in a couple of catalogs what we could barely describe. Next was helping make it work by coming to the house with an extra part and by actually getting INVOLVED with the installation. We benefitted from some of his brut strength and finesse with a part he knew more than us about. He did what needed to be done which would NEVER have been done by a big box salesman. Thanks again Bob!

Really bad experince with costumer service , there is some rude people there, i ask for help about some parts and the guy just keep repering him self telling me to bring the old part when i was trying to explain how the part look ,he didnt want to help or listen to me maybe because i was mexican never going bad there
