My first experience with this business was barely okay. The employee I worked with wasnt familiar with the product I was looking for however after helping him out we were able to get it ordered. They told me they would call me when it arrived (it was special order) however two weeks later I still hadnt received a call. When I called to inquire the first person I talked to said it hadnt been received yet. I called again that afternoon and the person I talked to said it had arrived. When I finally went to pick it up I saw the shipping label which showed it had been received a week earlier...fail. Additionally when I called them back a month or so later to order another product they took my information down in order to call me back with updated pricing. Its now been 1 1/2 weeks later and not a single return phone call. If you are looking for no follow-up and inattentive staff, this is the place to go.

Ill give them 4 stars for their large inventory, but thats about it. As for their professionalism, one star suffices solely because they eventually get the job done. Unless youre polish, dont expect them to be nice or helpful. Every employee there looked unenthused about their job or helping non-polish customers. I saw a few desk guys that looked like they rolled off a park bench from an all-nighter and went into work. I dont take offense to anything and its one thing to bust each others chops, but these people are just inconsiderate and rude. Buck up, you ungrateful pieces of crap, youre making money! If you dislike it here, grab your stuff and go back to Europe.

Great service, and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a few great looking fans ( they have an awesome selection there), and a few of Lutron switches to control the LED can lights that I got in the basement. Tony helped me pick the fans, he was very knowledgeable.
