Entrenched foreign culture of lying, Zero Customer Service, Words are not Bonding ! Lady`s & Gentlemen, The last place to go shopping for any type of car is this den-hole, as much as Mike`s jovial and apparently willing to be helpful, he keeps no appointments nor promises, he returns no phone calls, he`s ever elusive afterwards, His words are not his bonds. The old-man who i suppose is the owner and Mike`s father is extremely ridiculous. with non-nonchalant attitudes, zero customer service behaving as if he`s a billionaire, an imported mentality from his native country i`m sure. You` d be making one of the greatest mistakes of your life with lamentable headaches if you go there and offer substantial down payments and at the end of the day you`re sold a dummy. My simple candid advice, if you`re looking to buy vehicles, Cost U Less Cars is the last place you should waste your time and resources going to. They`re as worthless as the cars they`re selling to unsuspecting public, and seriously - Do not ever venture in there with a dream of purchasing any car, look else where - Period !

Im sorry that I have to give you guys 1 star and a negative comment. I have to say the sales person was starting to ask too many personal questions way to soon. With in 5 seconds after just meeting a customer. That makes some people uncomfortable. Then he said that he had to ask the questions for financing. When purchasing a car I have never been asked the questions this guy was asking. Maybe for your company you have to, but I think another approach would have been more appropriate for your sales team to have. Esprcially if you are trying to sale to a female. This gentlemans approach was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I would have not asked the questions he asked until you are in the sales process of filling out paper work. That would have made more common sense, rather than saying " Hi, why do you have bad credit etc..." thats just weird.

My husband and i bought a 2008 bmw 335i twin turbo. We have barely had 6 months weve bern trying to get a call back from Adrian or Manny but csnt seem to get one. The car is a lemon they say they dont sell lemons well there wrong. Its been in the shop at least seven times i haf to take it back to them 3 times in the first two weeks. Its a 2 and a half hour drive. Weve spent to much money on rental cars i have 4 kids this is wrong now the car got towed to shop again cause the belt went into crankshaft. Youve left me no choice but to post this message. You need to make it right. I put 4500 down and you people are crooks. I just found out i can get an attorney. Dont buy from them they will rip you off. And they wont return phone calls

These guys will be very charming and super nice. However, DO NOT SHOP HERE! they gave me a carfax showing, "no accidents" only to find out half a year later, that it had been in an accident. They are a bunch of liars and will make lots of promises. They told me they would flush my radiator, change my transmission fluid, and sold me a car with no tire pressure sensors but"promised" they would install them. They did NONE of these things, and they made it impossible for it to happen. You will regret buying from these people.

They have two car lots with a car thats a perfect fit for you, from Hondas to Mercedes Benz. This is my first time financing a car and Mike was able to find a bank offering a good interest rate. (And with my credit I cant complain) I have been made promises as well and so far they have not been broken on Mannys end. When you come in be prepared to laugh your ass off because boy oh boy does this team have a lot of personality to give.

Bought an Acura TL from them in 2013, I go to trade it in for a 4 wheel drive vehicle at another dealership and they inform me that the carfax has an incident reported. When I bought the car, Manny showed me a report that showed NO incidents. They lied and now Im stuck with this car.

My son bought a car from cost you less the sales guy gave him a 3 month warranty on the transmission and 15 days before the 3 months was up the transmission went out and they wont fix it. 2500.00 later ..... please dont buy anything fro the Roseville Cost U Less..... rip offs
