Buying a car or SUV was always a very challenging task. This time we were in the market to buy a luxury SUV for my wife. I did a lot of research and needless to say I test drove quite a few SUVs. The general process of most of the dealers was " you decide which car you like and then we can work on a price or lease payment you like." Well with years of experience and resources like the internet I decided to do the work myself. After the initial research and test drive I narrowed my selection to the Lexus, Audi, Acura and Volvo. I started looking for a value preposition for these 4 SUVs and soon realized I got the best value for my money if I bought a Volvo. I worked with A very nice saleslady Michelle Pyle at the Niello Volvo dealership. There was no pressure sales. She took interest in showing us every detail in the SUV, all the options available and patiently answered all the questions we had. Not once did she push us to see a Manager and find out what the best deal would be. After we decided that Volvo was the SUV of our choice we called her and went and met her and presented to her the proposal from our end for the SUV we wanted. She said she would do the best and she sure did. It took us 30 minutes to work out a final pricing for the SUV we finally decided on. It was the best car purchasing experience we ever had. This dealership is very good people are very nice and they dont have any pressure tactics. All my research showed that Volvo is a very safe car or SUV and after using the XC60 for a week I can really say that. We love the SUV and would recommend the Volvo as well as the dealership to everyone in the market for a great vehicle. Best Regards P K Parikh

Purchasing a car is a very stressful moment to most consumers, particularly at the current competitive cost of today’s vehicles, but that was not my recent experience with Neillo Acura Certified Pre Owned and Service Center (4609 Madison Ave, Sacramento CA). I was shopping for the right vehicle to replace my 2003 SUV. I had gone to other dealerships; Lexus and Toyota, shopping for a good replacement, and although their products were good quality and reliable, the price was more than I wished to pay, but just as important I didn’t connect with the sales staff, they didn’t gain my trust. I went to Neillo Acura Certified Pre Owned and spoke to their sales staff; Mary, Keith, and Jaime. Their no sales pressure atmosphere, sincere hospitality, and excellent customer service enabled all of us to “connect.” I am retired from law enforcement, with many years in management, so endorsing businesses is not taken lightly. I put a high value on customer service, and recognize when it is displayed, as it was at Neillo Acura. I strongly recommend this dealership.

I am a Fleet manager for a government entity for 24 years and was a new car dealership service manager for 10 years before that, I have a lot of experience in both ends of the car business, as the provider and the customer. I can tell you that this dealership is by far the most polite and respectful place I have dealt with in a purchase. Paul was a great salesman, knows the product really well and lets you just look and take your time. We even told Paul we were comparing to some others that we wanted to go drive at other dealers, which is usually when the pressure starts to not leave and but now, but Paul said to go and do that and he would be here if we decided to come back! He had the confidence in his product and price to know he had the best car deal for us, and he was right! Also, big thanks to Chadd Brown, the GM for the store and the help he was in getting us the best deal ever. Oh, and we love our TSX!!

What an impressive experience! I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to work with Mary Alouf and the entire team at Niello Acura Certified Pre-Owned and Service Center throughout my car buying experience. At first Marys knowledge of cars and friendly and open communication provided me with the direction I needed to help narrow down my search. Once I knew exactly the type or car I was shopping for, Mary diligently screened and monitored incoming inventory and kept me informed and updated in a pressure-free style that was convenient for my schedule. I felt like I had the support of a friend patiently helping me find exactly what was right for me. Ultimately I got the call to come out and view and drive a car that met and exceeded all of my expectations. Nice & professional staff. Paul Pattillo, was helpful and courteous with the purchase of my 2012 E350. I traveled an hour away and called before I headed to Niello. I spoke to an employee who said the car was still available and when I arrived the car was waiting for me to test drive. The car buying experience at Niello was competitive with other dealer prices and was a fairly quick process (they were pretty busy with other customers purchasing vehicles at the same time I was). The employees at Niello made the experience flow easy and the gentleman in the finance department was thorough, explaining the contract and options I had decided to go with. Thank you Paul and the team at Niello for good car buying experience. Customer service is key and I will definitely be going back to purchase vehicles in the future.

I am a senior citizen and in my entire life, I have never been more impressed by an automobile dealership, parts department, and service center than my recent experience at Niello Volvo of Sacramento. I have owned five Volvos and several other makes. In my opinion, Niello Volvo of Sacramento just earned an impressive rating that I have never used before: Best in My Lifetime. The Service Advisor was outstanding. Likewise, the Service Technician was supreme. Cleanup of the vehicle, meaning the car wash folks, were just over the top spectacular. The representative handling the financial piece of my car’s service was just great. The Customer Lounge could not have been better. Niello Volvo of Sacramento deserves a trophy from corporate headquarters.
