I just called this dealership because I was interested in a 2008 Nissan rogue. I asked if there was a tear in the seat or if was just my the low resolution photo on my computer. The salesman gave belittling comments saying its just a crease and I should only care about the engine/transmission and my safety, if im expecting a 10/10 on a used car its not for me since this is a 9/10 car and I sound like im looking for a 10/10 car and "thats how we operate". I said "oh okay its just a crease" and then he continued to belittle me. I was furious but politely said thank you and hung up. All I did was ask a single question about the condition of the interior. I never said I was looking for a brand new car and just wanted to confirm if the picture was correct. This has been by far the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Dont trust this unprofessional dealership that just want to project their frustration onto their customers. Ill be spreading this review around to different outlets. By the way this salesmans name is Jack. DONT EVER WORK WITH HIM.

The guys here are very experienced with financing, and were able to find me the right loan for the car I really wanted. And their prices are unbeatable. Trust me Ive been looking around for a while. They are very patient and really want you to get the car you wanted. Didnt feel like I was being "sold to" at all
