This place is quite frankly a Joke. Bought my car Feb 27 2015 after I had gotten into an accident. Put 3k down and they still wouldnt lower the price.2 weeks after bought car headliner started falling down 1 month after that the car moon roof stopped working. Did I complain no Because in not the type. Not even a year later I use their service shop and tell them about my headliner problem. Not listing all issues (again not complainer) I get a call today saying. Because its been a year (technically not) they cant glue my headliner back. Who do you know thats owned a car for 1 year have headliner completely come off. Safe to assume all their cars are crap with problems that will happen down the road and USA MOTORS is NOT the company to own up to them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY COWORKERS TO GO ELSEWHERE AS WELL

Good people doing an honest business. We bought a minivan from them after a negotiation that gave us a very fair price. Theu helped us get a good loan at a reasonable rate. After a few days we went on a road trip and discovered a minor oil leak. USA checked it out and it turned out there was a problem with the rear main seal. Evewn though we signed paperwork for an as-is sale, USA split the cost of repair with us. I thought that was very fair. As part of the repair they did an alignment that didnt take. They made a call to a local affiliate that re-aligned the car for free. Refreshing to find an honest used car dealer. Steve and Tracy

Took our grand daughter here to purchase a vehicle. Paola was our rep and excellent. She asked what she was looking for and price range. She brought out the cars her. She purchased her vehicle hassle free. They worked with her regarding the down payment since she had to wait for insurance to pay her from accident. We bought one of our cars from them when they first opened. Great customer service

My wife and I looked at ALL the local dealers. 99% had reworked crashed cars, beat up junk..EXCEPT USA MOTORS. They carry clean stock and beautiful cars with low miles and exceptionally well priced. We picked up our Camry SE and it is near new condition. The staff is courteous and polite and we were in & out in no time with our new car! I wish all dealerships were like this.

Grade 8 service and experience. 0 hassle came in with less than desirable credit and left with the car I wanted which was a year and a half ago! To this day I never had a problem with it! Great place to go. Only reason I havent bought another car is because they havent gotten the 1 I want. As soon as they do Ill be back!!!!

Convenient location right off I-5 near Stockton with a nice selection of cars. This small car dealership has something for everybody from luxury european cars to workhorse american trucks. Mark Lillie, one of the dealers there, is very mellow and knowledgeable about the cars and really works with you to get you on the road.

As a buyer, its your responsibility to check the vehicle and keeping notes. Eventually they will work with you on those issues they have a shop and no cost to you, but let them know when signing.
