I would give them zero stars, if possible. There customer service is horrible. My 2001 530 had a blocked drain under the brake booster, and when it rained it caused the brake booster to fill with water and suck the water in. Due to this the engine was hydro-locked and instead of properly diagnosing it they did something to the engine where it started knocking and had water mixed in with the oil. Before I took the car to them, it turned on and was still cranking. After they messed it up it would no longer crank and you had to turn it on and press the throttle in order to start it. I told them all the symptoms my car was having and they said they can look at earliest on a Monday morning. So I had the car dropped off on Sunday. I get a call early Monday morning saying that my car was extremely low on oil and I needed a new engine. I had the oil changed about a month before this happened and checked the oil before dropping the car off with the them, the oil level was in the normal range. They gave me no explanation as to where the oil went. Instead gave me a total of $25,000 in costs to repair and fix the car. Many people with the same type of car have had this issue as well, and if you rev the car to much when its hydrolocked it blows out the engine rods. I would think BMW should know this and be able to properly diagnose my car. If I had known this before I would have never take my car to NIello BMW at all. I have two BMWs and I will never be taking them to Niello BMW ever. I would not recommend their service at all. In the case that you have no choice and have to take your car to them, I would watch them like a hawk. Dont have your car towed there and dont trust them to handle everything.

My Wife and I just bought a 328i wagon from Niello Elk Grove. More specifically, we bought a vehicle from Tommy Lu. I dont know if we would have bought a vehicle if it wasnt for the efforts, honesty, and cooperative nature of Mr. Lu.. We were interested in the 328i wagon located at their Sacramento dealership. With very late notice, Mr. Lu volunteered to either meet us at the Sacramento location or personally pick the car up in Sac and move it to Elk Grove. Mr. Lu drove through Friday afternoon (Memorial Weekend) traffic, to accommodate us. The straight forward, personable, and highly professional manner by which Mr. Lu does business, made us confident that we made the correct decision and that we will have an advisor that will assist in any way he can. To good people (like Mr. Lu) ... great success! Since the car is new to our family, we have yet to work with the service department. As we rack up the miles, and inevitably, we will have services performed, we will continue to update our experiences on Niello BMW.

My experience with this BMW dealership was outstanding. My client advisor, Amir Mohabbat, was most helpful and truly customer-oriented. I traveled by air to Sacramento and the Niello courtesy van met me at the airport and brought me to the dealership some twenty or more miles to the south. Mr. Mohabbat went out of his way to accommodate my wishes including getting special permissions from the sales manager to facilitate my vehicle purchase. I was interested in a recent lease return to Niello BMW that I saw on the internet and Mr. Mohabbat made sure that the car completed its CPO certification before he made it ready for my visit from over 500 miles away. I consider myself lucky to have been cared for by such a professional. Mr Mohabbats efforts are indeed customer service excellence. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used BMW or any of the other brands for sale at the dealership.

What an experience from this Elk Grove BMW. Nina Besne was an absolute delight to work with. I didnt think I would ever come back to Niello (last time went to Roseville as Niello Sacramento had no intentions of helping me - useless salesmen). Nina went up and beyond to transfer a car in for me from their other dealership, personally deliver the car to my house, and just made me feel special. I am going from a 750li to a 335i, but that did not make a difference to anyone, they saw me as a customer, a Valued Customer. The icing, Joe the Sales Manager, made the 1st time buying experience for my wife memorable....They even took care of my kids. Niello BMW Elk Grove, do not change as I will always be back every few years when my lease is up. - Chet P

Just purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i xdrive wagon from Tommy Lu at Elk Grove Neillo BMW on Friday. What a pleasant experience.Tommy was a wonderful guy to work with. He was friendly, but not over the top, and was quite personable. He really took the time to work with us. He went out of his way to pick up the car we liked from another location on short notice. He stayed late in the evening to sit with us and do some negotiating. I really think we got a great deal. The purchase went quite smooth, and Im looking forward to working with these guys as we take the car in for any service repairs needed.Im hoping the service we get is just as good of an experience as the sale was.

I would like to thank Niello of Elk Grove for the wonderful experience I had.I had been coming to Niello of Elk Grove for two years now for service. I decided it was time for an upgrade and I would try purchasing my next BMW from them. I apply online to get approved and within minutes Po San call to ask a few questions and said he would get to work on getting me approved. It only took an hour to get me approved and he was calling me letting me know i could come and pick up my car. That easy that simple. When i got to the dealership all I had to do was sign and drive my new car off the lot. Thanks to Po San it was the fastest and easiest car buying experience ever.

they never pick up the call and everytime I went there they were not ready for my order. I ordered a part at there but the day I went there for my service appointment it was wrong part.so they reschedule my appointment to next week from there and a day before my appointment I called them to make sure they got right one for this time and they said they are not sure about my part. and the person from part department said he will call me early in the morning of my appointment day so I dont need to come if they dont have it. but he didnt call me so I called him but never answer the phone. worst dealer + service ever.
