We have TRIED to like these guys. NONE of their employees wishes to do anything unless you ask them to do so, and after nearly EIGHTEEN YEARS of patronage, they STILL dont know our names. The Kroger next door moved up the street and they felt the need to put up a sarcastic poster whining about having to actually interact with their customers who asked "whats going in where Kroger was?" Once Kroger starts selling wine on July 1, we will never again visit this store. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years. No more.

What a great experience, the staff was absolutely amazing! I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family members. I had a work related gift I was working on and Russell was extremely helpful and made everything so easy for me. Its hard to find a sales person to give you the time of day anymore if you arent spending a ton of money. I will drive out of my way to come to Brentwood Wine & Spirits just for the wonderful selection and excellent customer service.

Tonight was one of many previous occasions when weve tried to come to Brentwood Wine and Spirits only to find that theyve closed early. 8:30 and all lights off, doors locked. Their signage and web info says they close at 9. Whats up, Brentwood Wine and Spirits? If you want to close at 8, why dont you just say so?

We came right at closing time. That did not matter to the staff. They were very helpful and happy to help us. The selection! Wow!
