Good place. Relatively small than the Pavillion Parkway Kroger (Marketplace) which is just 2-3 miles further. However, this one is very handy for quick trips when you dont want to drive all the way down to a Kroger Marketplace. They have all the basic necessity grocery items available, so if you are just for groceries, it is pretty much the same as Marketplace. However, you dont find the bakery section, in-store Starbucks, salad bar, bulk section and cooked food section like the one in Marketplace. Again, unlike Kroger Marketplace, there is no Kroger gas station outside this one. The staff is nice and friendly. No unpleasant incidents so far. The parking is good enough and adequate, although a little dirty on occasions. Overall, a good place for quick trip grocery.
This was my go to Kroger store when I lived downtown. This was before the new fancy Newport Kroger opened. I was sad when they closed it to remodel it after the fancy Kroger opened. Ive only been back a couple times since the remodel. Its not all that different. The aisles are still pretty narrow. My only complaint about the store is lack of selection compared to other Kroger stores of the same size. It seems they are catering to a lower income market which I dont totally agree with. But I am sure they understand their market better than I do.
In NKY, I have 4 Kroger options: Latonia, Covington, Newport Plaza and Bellevue. By far, Bellevue Kroger has the friendliest, most helpful staff and pharmacy. In every department, I have always encountered super customer services and it is consistent. Bellevue Kroger is the farthest distance for me to travel, but because of its consistent level of customer service, the travel time and distance beat the frustrations encountered at the other three. Keep up the good work!
We have stopped shopping at the Kroger Marketplace at Newport Pavillion, and started shopping here in Bellevue. Its a smaller store, produce can be a little iffy sometimes. But, the staff is great! Its far less crowded, and makes for a much nicer shopping experience. The BEST PART, the butch here really knows how to cut steaks and chops to the correct thickness! Nice and thick, perfect for the grill!
I hate coming here but due to convenience of location, selection, etc I still do. At night the lines are so long its a walmart. Basically you are forced into self checkout and its stupid long for that too. During the day you can be in and out in 15 minutes if you know what youre looking for. At night, easily takes 45 minutes. Might as well go to walmart. TERRIBLE.
Out of all the local Krogers, this store is my favorite.. small but has all your basic necessities for the house. I sure hope they never add the clothing department here!! Theu just added the Little Clinic inside but havent needed to use it yet. The only thing to make it better would be a drive thru pharmacy window. They do have a walk up pharmacy window though
Poor. Went to cash my payroll check which wasnt much at all and was turned away due to the store not having enough "funds". The manager said it was up to her discretion to deny any checks. How can you have a check cashing service and then deny someone trying to cash their payroll check.
Not a very good Kroger Despite being recently remodeled, its not nearly as good as the one 2 miles away in Newport. They got rid of the Kroger liquor store to expand the pharmacy, because most of the customers are elderly people who wont drive an extra mile to go to a much better one.
Western Hills Krogers as one of many Krogers that spread out through the tri-state and in some states across the United States they sell groceries some prepaid cell phones pots pans but most of all its just a grocery store where you save a lot with your Kroger Plus card
I like that its open till 1pm, easy and close to downtown Cincy which is what I needed. I dont like the self scan only option. The person is not attentive. And after work I dont feel like bagging myself, its more work that Im not being paid for.
Nice for a quick shopping experience, but management could really use some assistance with keeping items in stock. Ive been shopping at this Kroger for two years now and out of stock items are constant-more than Ive ever seen at any other Kroger
Probably the oldest Krogers I have been to in a very long time nowhere near the options here as other Kroger today has but you can still get your Basics just dont expect to find any kind of an extra because you will not at this Kroger
If you dont mind a smaller selection, limited hours, and understaffed compared to the Kroger palace in Newport then this is your place. It is what it is. Not bad, but Ive been spoiled by Kroger palace.
Many times they are out of things on their shelves. The management is very gracious to offer a rain check. Returns are easy here. Convenient to I-471, I-71N and Newport on the Levy.
Had almost everything i wanted this place even has candy bars you can buy for a total of 20 cents per 20 dollar candy bar it is far out yo i defientyly would want you to go there
Love this little store which has 99% of what I need to cook daily meals. The manager here is quite friendly and helpful, though a few of the cashiers are downright snotty.
Produce is horrible always has fruit flies around It .they are always moving things around and the customers in the store help each other find things is how bad it is
This Kroger is the SMALLEST Kroger Ive ever seen and seems to be very limited in selection. Dont go if you need anything above your basic milk, eggs and bread.
Close to home, smaller and easier to get through as compared to the Newport Kroger Marketplace. But, they often are out of certain products or dont carry it.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I like that its not such a big store that you spend a long time trying to find stuff. Lots of good deals.

Absolutely the only store I will shop! Clean, easy to get around, staff always helpful. And this Kroger helps 100s of non-profits in the area.
Small, easy to find what your looking for. Doesnt carry some items Id like. For example red barons flour and also seed and nut cliff bars.
I like going to Krogers they got great prices they always have what I need I dont have to wait too long in line to check out
Ive worked here and continue to shop. Always know where things are I need. Small enough to find everything quick and easy.
Very small Kroger, but great when you dont want to spend 30 minutes talking to people you run into at the larger one
Not as clean as the Newport Kroger, also not as large but still tries to accommodate with similar deals and items.
Looks old on the outside, but the inside is really nice and remodeled. Youd never guess it from the outside
Just not as good as the Pavilion kroger. Youll have a better selection and experience at the newer kroger
Their prices are a little too high but its a good place to grocery shop for something fast and simple
