This store is a smaller Kroger competing against Wal-Mart and Meijer nearby. Of the three, each have their ups and downs with sales and stock of items. There is always parking here. Everyone has their quirks and expectations- mine fall into cart placement, customer service, and, well, fellow customers(See below on my rants!). It bothers me when only one side of the store has a cart corral, and this is that kind of store. Be sure to park on the right side! Oh, but not to worry, people who are too lazy to put their cart in the outdoor cart corrals will just leave them all over the parking lot. They tend to, you know, not stay where you dump them, and ram other cars. I usually take one or two and throw the extra in the far right side of the store where they are kept on my way in. (Can we get signs on these things to remind people not to be lazy jerks?) Customer service has been great every time Ive shopped here. My bigger complaint is this Kroger nor any Kroger Ive been to has an express lane for the customer service counter. I swear every time I need something I take less than ONE minute(maybe a few to be generous), everyone else takes at least 10 minutes per person. What gives!? Finally, the customers. I mean, look below. Ive worked retail before, so I think this quote really captures the moment: "Oh, youre a customer? Please, enlighten me how to do my job." Just ask for a manager and voice your complaints. Done. If only you could comment the comments: @Cody Smallwood- Do you get to the Cloud district very often? Oh, what am I saying? Of course you dont. @Ryan Sirois- So youre going to call corporate? You must know everything about retail. @Omc Cristo- Really who looks at displays anyway?

The salad bar at this location is very poorly maintained. They appear to set it up & rarely bother to refill or even clean throughout the day. You can frequently find multiple empty pans (including the lettuce) several non-produce fillers (one visit I saw 6 empty pans, 1 coconut, one orange gummy type candy, one marchino cherry, one chocolate chip, one marshmallow type candy, and 2 empty lettuce pans!?) large spills & messes that are not removed, often there are salad containers sitting around the bar where people apparently started to make a salad, got frustrated and just left. This is not just after a busy lunch period, it seems to be standard throughout the day and evening. Most Kroger locations that I have visited, do a very nice job with their salad bars; it is too bad this location does not try to maintain theirs.

This has been my Kroger for many years. It has become a disaster with cardboard boxes showing sales items stacked up (like a big box store), the floors are dirty, the aisles (which are more narrow since last remodeling) are crowded with junk - even tables are set up with junk on them. What a mess this store has become in the last few months. Ive gotten "rotten" back, spoiled meat and chicken, deli stuff is sometimes "old", but overall its just plain junky! Like many of my friends, I will be switching to Meijer after going to this store since it was built - Ill take my pharmacy orders with me too! What a pitiful mess.

My wife and I use this Kroger ONLY if we absolutely have to. We prefer to use the Marketplace Krogers in Harrison or Liberty TWP. On our most recent visit we discovered that they moved ALL of the organic section to be mixed in between the regular sections. My 8 month pregnant wife almost cried in disbelief. The best thing about this Kroger is that you can go in whatever attire you would like - pajamas, clothes covered in paint and sawdust, booty shorts... Nobody will judge you! :) We would definitely be willing to visit more often if Hamilton West Kroger could upgrade their customer experience.

I dont usually visit this Kroger as there is one closer to home. However, I will say I enjoyed the produce section. Found a new fruit I had not tasted previously. Dragon fruit. I applaud the produce manager for bringing in unusual products. We enjoy trying foods weve never seen or tasted. My suggestion would be to train and expose the staff to the new item so they can give some opinion when youre debating whether to buy. Fortunately Google had the information I needed.

The Kroger in Hamilton West has to be the worst one. The baggers and cashiers speak inappropriately to each other in front of customers and the bagger bagged my meats with produce and then put my chips with milk containers so they can break. I will drive miles just so I dont have to shop at this Kroger

Most poorly stocked store of any large chain! Seems like each and every time we try to shop here theyre completely out of something, if not SEVERAL things. Tonight is the last straw. We will only shop here if in a an emergency and the other competitors are out. Calling corporate tomorrow.

When you actually have meds u need but they dont know how to count! Guess Ill be dealing with it cause a tech dont know how to count! Thanks this is why Im changing not the first time and they wont fix the problem! They mess up my moms bp meds 3 out of 4 times why is it so hard

Horse experience Ive had. I go in to buy corn on the cob asparagus onions shaved ham. Not a single vegetable was out in produce that I needed. Its pretty bad when a grocery store does not have corn on the cob, or any green vegetables on the Shelf

Waited in the pharmacy drive thru for twenty minutes to drop off prescription, then again fifteen minutes to pick it up. I use the West Chester location very frequently and never wait any longer than ten. Wont be using this pharmacy again.

They are always out of sale items on Sundays which is the only day I can go grocery shopping due to working full time and 3 kids homework activitys ect.I also agree isle are small and floors always dirty.prices are crazy high sometimes!!

Hadnt been there for a while since they kept moving aisles around again. I noticed they had reduced items offered and couldnt find some of my favorites. I also noticed prices raised on quite a few products.

Sale hits and they always seem to be out of stock with those in demand items. You know the sale is coming, you probably should stock accordingly. Pretty good customer service and friendly cashiers.

In proyce comparison the Krogers on the east side has a better variety and the prices on some things as well as brands are very different
