PLEASE!!! Kroger, as you are renovating your Crosstown Rd. store, check your employees!!! I am sick of listening to Nikki, in "Customer Service" complain about her job! What exactly is your idea of Customer Service? If it is treating the customer as if they are a huge inconvenience, she absolutely achieved that! After having the audacity to show up and waiting and waiting, Nikki finally decided to saunter over, no greeting, no eye contact. My first visit she actually was yelling behind her to another employee about being ready to go because she "wanted to home." That employee joined her in "Customer Service" and while I continued to wait, they laughed and laughed and discussed a practical joke they were planning to play on someone. Second visit I was hoping to have a better experience. Instead, Nikki stared over from a nearby register while I waited. No Good Morning, Ill be right with you, just staring. After arriving in "Customer Service" with no greeting, no eye contact, she turned her back to me and began talking with another employee; shaking her head and stating "Ill work here any day but Friday." That is strange because my perception is that she hates her job every day of the week. I am a very easy going person, a kind, happy person but have had my fill of the rudeness, disrespect and the prevailing I dont give a crap attitude!! It is completely unacceptable and in case you are unaware there are many, many, many other grocery stores in the area. Enlarging the store, adding a Starbucks (I love Starbucks) is not going to make up for rude employees. Nikki is not the only rude employee I have encountered in your store. Recently a checker ask me if something that clearly was with the order following mine was mine. I responded "No, its not", he very rudely responded "Are you sure, it was with your stuff." And, sadly one of these days someone older and less flexible than myself is going to trip, fall and break something as they are rudely cut off by one of the many employees that just dont feel like waiting for them to pass. I wonder how Nikki and the others would like to be treated like they dont matter, are a bother and with total disrespect. I shop for a family of four and it wont be any problem for me to take my business elsewhere.

One star is to one to many. The worst day shopping in my life. The new Store in PTC is a night mare. My wife is sick and sent me to the store. I drove around for 10 min trying to find a place to park. There was no one in the store to help you find anything. Why in the world dont you have people helping you in a new stocked store. We have been coming here for 25 years. The lists that you made out where unless because the isle numbers were all mixed up. I understand that a lot of confusion is going to happen when getting a remodeled store up and running. But why in the world cant you have a system to help find things. How about an app locator. Help line? I cant understand how Kroger can be an efficient store when there are 100 choices of every product item. When I did find the item I wanted the slot was empty. No standard Dunkin Donuts Coffee. Out of stock. OK I have complained enough - I will be at Publics for the foreseeable future. Bill Johnson

Kroger is overall my favorite grocery store for a variety of reasons. Besides the overall competative grocery prices, the pharmacy attendants are very helpful and remember you for a more personal experience over time. I love the variety of coupons for items I actually use as well as their $2 off coupons they give when you spend so much with their pharmacy. The variety of food, especially at the Crosstown Kroger in Peachtree City is great. I love their salad bar and fresh sushi kiosk, as well as the many gluten free and dairy free items Kroger provides. If you check toward the end of the fresh meats on the left, you can usually find great meats on sale. Just dont go looking for them on Sunday, when they are usually sold out. Lastly, I really do enjoy the gas discount. As much as we spend on groceries and pharmacy co-pays, we can often save between .30 cents to $1.00 per gallon of gas, which is already at a competitive price.

Great product, but TERRIBLE costumer service. Just went through self-checkout, and since I was buying an alcoholic beverage, I was asked to show the attendant my ID. Instead of being treated nicely and asking what I needed help with, when the old woman that was working in that area saw that I was waiting on her, she rudely snarked, "What do ya need?". She then proceeded to snatch my ID, put in my birthdate, then hand it back to me without acknowledging me any more. Tired of stuff like that happening at this location. This is why I started shopping at Publix, they may cost a little more, but at least their employees treat people like actual people.

The sushi is AMAZING. Much cleaner and better selection than other Kroger stores. The only issue is that every single time I have gone in to cash a check there has been some sort of issue. Once, when I still had my WI drivers license, they couldnt figure out how to do a non-GA license so they just told me to leave, and laughed when I walked away. But thats the only issue Ive had, other than that this Kroger is probably the best one Ive been to.

Generally pretty good and get what I want. Couldnt find joint pills today and wandered around for twenty minutes until I gave up. They have all kinds of cool sections and areas. But if you generally cook yourself or microwave dinner its somewhat useless. Produce is usually top shelf. Very friendly and a nice medical and pharmacy area. Unless you cant find joint pills.

This is the best Kroger in a 30 mile radius, hands down. Its a newer store thats had some recent remodeling, and its fantastic. The Starbucks here is much bigger than most, and even has a dedicated entrance. This location and its pharmacy are open 24 hours, so if you have a medication or food emergency, stop by. I love it.

Parking. Crap. Store. Crap. How are there less parking places than before? Why does shopping take me 30 minutes longer? How? Why? The store is too big. The organization makes zero sense. I live 2 minutes from this store. Its in my way home from work. But I much prefer shopping somewhere else. The new store is horrendous.

This location has just finished a major up grade, doubling in size, making it the largest Kroger in the area. Competitive pricing and discounts on fuel purchases, keep us coming back. This store has a new Starbucks. Staff are friendly and kind, offering services to the elderly and handicapped patrons.

Newly renovated within the last year, this Kroger has a large selection of produce, meats, cheeses, ready-to-go meal options and more, and has a fuel station where you can offset fill up costs with your points earned from shopping in the store.

TERRIBLE customer service. The "customer service" employees will do everything they can to not help you. Dont even think about check cashing or western union, because they NEVER have enough money to cover it. Avoid at all cost!
