Was treated extremely poorly by a cashier named Dawn. We came to her lane with a buggy full of groceries and an empty belt with a customer in front of us who appeared to be paying for her groceries. As we were putting our groceries on the conveyer belt my mother-in-law pulled up behind us with her shopping cart...as soon as the cashier saw this she starts yelling at my MIL "Maam! Maam!" extremely loudly instead of asking us to tap her on the shoulder or something...I proceeded to tell her that my MIL was with us...I asked her if she was closing and needed us to go to another lane and she replied no, she just couldnt have more than two people in her line. (What? When did this become a policy?) Anyway then I look up and notice that she is scanning our groceries and the lady in front of us is still standing there....so I said maam are you missing something? And turns out Dawn is scanning our groceries on the other customers order...she proceeds to yell at my husband and I "Nobody told me to stop!"...so shes yelling at us for something that is not only her fault but the fault of the lady standing in front of her (this lady must have been on some sort of meds or something because she literally watched the cashier scan all these items into her order and never said anything). There were other rude remarks and yelling at us but anyway I spoke with the manager and he did not seem phased by the whole situation he said to me "well normally you would put a separator between yours and someone elses groceries" and I politely informed him that when we started putting our groceries on the belt it had been empty for a while and the customer in front of us was clearly checking out, he said he would speak with her but he probably wont. I will be doing everything in my power to report this issue to the corporate office.

I was waiting in line at the deli when the man in front of me was taken care of with some deli meat. I asked to get a submarine sandwich made and the lady said they do not open till 9:30 am (it was 9 am) after she serviced the person ahead of me. I called and checked with the manager and found out there was no time designated to start making sandwiches and did apologize. Either the employee was racist or she didnt feel like going the extra length to do her job. Either way this is absolutely ridiculous and you should do a better job training/ hiring your employees. This location is next to work and I have been going to for the last 3 years. Needless to say you will never get my business again.

Today I had a return. The customer service rep was polite and perfect. Then I proceeded to get some groceries, a nice man helped me find french bread. Moving on to the check out the cashier was ugly to me and asked that I go to another line. She made it obvious she did not want to check out my items. I moved to the cashier next to her. I asked my cashier why the lady in check out line (#7) was rude to me and why would she not wait on me? The lady said she has a bad attitude and for me not to worry about. I came home and reported this but don;t think they really give a care. I will take my business else where.

WARNING!! Yesterday I picked up prescriptions. While sitting in the pharmacy area, a woman walks up with her kid in a cart. The kid tries to get the womans attention, but she ignored him. The kid urinated in the cart. She wiped it up off the floor, but did nothing about the cart. Im not shopping for anything in this store that will require me to use a shopping cart. Probably nothing at all. The sad thing is the problem with this store isnt the staff. The problem is with the customers. Every time I go in this store its some kind of hot mess lurking about. Ill drive to Douglasville from now on.

Stores usually a mess no matter what time of day. With main access from the expressway usually very busy even at 3 am. Selection is very limited, and items are usually out of stock after the first sale day. Lines are always backed up. They force you to use self checkout but the self checkout cashier hates to assist people especially those with coupons like myself. She even goes so far as pulling off to go to the bathroom now when she sees me she rolls her eyes. I dont frequent this one unless Im too lazy to go elsewhere, just not an overall good Kroger.

Very pleasant shopping experience...... could not find the chocolate syrup and an employee told me exactly where to find it... thank you sir whoever you are!!! Only negative thing I can day about the store is they remodeled it and it has limited quantities on many many things composted to what it was before. For instance they carry the lachoy crunchy noodles for their lo-mein but they do not carry any of the lo-mein at all...... does not make sense to me After almost 11 years of shopping my family and I do about 80% of or shopping at wall - mart now.

Pretty decent locale but FLOWERS I wouldnt recommend browsing the bargain bins here. Theyre not just a few days old, theyre badly bruised and moldy (and still $2/bunch for moldy flowers). Also, the "fresh" full price still lose a good bit of petals when picked up. Im a huge fan of Kroger for value on cut flowers, but I just wouldnt recommend this one for it. Their plants, fine. Rest of the store, great. I just thought Id warn anyone coming specifically for flowers to try a different store.

Entrance blocked off with shopping carts....One way in and one way out. All registers blocked, only self check out open. Everyone enters and exits through the same narrow (approx 10ft wide) space by the self check out attendant and totally useless security guard. Kroger, if theft is that bad at this location hire a real loss prevention team and address the problem rather than insult legitimate customers with a jailhouse setup.

Went to Kroger on Thornton Road today in Lithia Springs and was so pleased with how fast I was checked out. When I got to the front the only lanes available were self check out and I had quite a few items. A woman looked at me and asked if I was ready for check out and open a lane right away for me. This was super appreciative as I was wanting to hurry home and she came right on time.

This young lady, Darlene, was working at the fuel center. It was freezing outside and she was diligently cleaning the parking lot while no one was around. When she got busy she was kind enough to let me take her picture in the booth, while helping all the customers with a warm smile. People like Darlene really care, and I appreciate it. She deserves to be recognized. Thank You!
